I scheduled a same-day massage here because I was having acute lower back/hip pain and my usual provider didn’t have availability. The therapist herself was kind and professional in demeanor, but the overall experience felt uncomfortable and not up to the standard I’ve experienced at other licensed massage practices. The building entrance was locked with no clear check-in process, and I had difficulty confirming I was in the correct place when I arrived. The treatment room had street-facing windows with only partial curtain coverage and no ambient music, which made the environment feel less private than expected for a massage setting. During the session I was advised to remove all clothing including underwear for back/glute work, which I agreed to, but the draping left me feeling more exposed than I’ve experienced in other professional massage environments. I would have appreciated clearer explanation of draping expectations beforehand. I’m sharing this feedback because client comfort, communication, and clear expectations are especially important in bodywork settings. I hope this helps improve the experience for future clients.

Best massage ever! Titus was EXCELLENT! He is very knowledgeable and educated about the body, massage, etc. I have never had a massage like this one. He was able to do trigger point release to effectively open up my lymphatic system and get rid of some very stubborn knots! I highly, highly recommend this company and most especially—Titus!

Chelsea and Rebecca were extremely accommodating. They worked me in on short notice because I wasn't able to get into my usual place. Rebecca (massage therapist) was professional, polite, skilled, and did a great job creating a relaxing experience. What stood out...she enjoyed what she did and wasn't just going through the motions. Being in customer service for more than three decades, that stands out and I'll be back.

Chelsea Power, owner and massage therapist at Luxe Spa, is truly exceptional. She is incredibly talented and intuitive, and the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. The full-body massage was deeply relaxing yet perfectly intense where I needed it most. The music created the perfect calming atmosphere, and Chelsea was so sweet, attentive, and genuinely understanding of my tense back issues. Her team is also highly experienced and outstanding with pain management, which really sets Luxe Spa apart. You can tell there is a strong level of expertise and care throughout the entire spa. I left feeling relaxed, supported, and noticeably better both physically and mentally. If you’re looking for a place with skilled therapists who truly care about your well-being, Luxe Spa is the place to go. I can’t recommend Chelsea and her team enough!

This is hands down one of my favorite places to go for massage in Portland! The massage therapists are very professional and hospitable. They offer couple's massages in an intimate setting that's perfect for date nights!

I made an appointment for my daughter and my wife online. I selected the address closest to me. I got there and the address on the internet was/is the incorrect address. I called and was informed by the owner that I was at their old address, and the new one is about a mile away. Of course, I got the new address and took an Uber there. No one was there. They said they called me and told me that they only had one therapist and couldn’t see us both, so they’d reschedule. They did not call me. Not classy, bad move. Too bad there website does not mention the move. I wonder how many other people this happened to? In addition, my phone was hacked as I was trying to find them. I think this is a front. Do not book!

I was somewhat unsure about getting a massage but Chelsea was so kind and patient in explaining the various options to me. You will be in good hands at Luxe Massage. I am looking forward to return again soon, maybe for a couples massage next time.

I had the best message of my life, by Titus! This man is a master of his craft and a blessing to the industry! He worked out kinks that I’ve had for years and some I didn't even realize I had. It was like being turned into putty! If you can request Titus, do it!
