I have been seeing Jamie since I first moved out here and I took a little bit of time off and finally made an appointment to come back and do my eye brows and she is always amazing. I don’t trust many with my brows, but Jamie always knocks it out of the park.

I saw Jayden last Friday for a haircut and all-over blonde color — no highlights or lowlights, just a single even shade. The haircut was a long-to-short transformation, and I had a consultation a few weeks prior where she mentioned she’d book the morning for me. I came in with fairly blonde hair already and have never had issues lightening it in the past. I arrived at 9:00 AM, but the appointment lasted until after 8:30 PM. I wasn’t expecting it to take nearly 12 hours, and I wish there had been clearer communication ahead of time about the duration. The color turned out about 90% of what I was hoping for — not perfect, but close. That said, I was surprised to be charged extra due to how long the appointment took, especially since the extended time wasn’t discussed in advance. Jayden was kind and put in a lot of effort, but if you’re booking with her, I’d recommend being very clear upfront about time expectations and any potential additional costs. More transparency would have greatly improved the experience.

I love this place! Brenda has worked magic on my acne prone skin and has me feeling more confident than ever. Crystal is also an amazing masseuse, she is the only person to get my shoulders feeling good. Everyone I have met at Meraki is so welcoming, helpful and timely!

I had a lovely facial treatment with Sophia. She did a fabulous job, making sure I was comfortable and explaining the steps as she went. The space is also beautiful and welcoming. I will definitely be back !
