My former wonderful massage person retired recently, and I was dreading looking for someone new -- possibly two someones, for both Thai and Swedish/deep-tissue massage styles I was getting. Then, I saw a sign on Rosa Parks and decided to look into Morgenthaler Massage. I'm so glad I did! Now, I have new wonderful massage person. Dodson is great at both types of massage that I've tried - Swedish/deep-tissue and Thai. A word I saw in other reviews was "intuitive" and it's a great description of Dodson and his techniques. He's able to work on not only areas you explain, but finds other places that need work on his own as well. He also passes the vibe check, for sure. Phenomenal experience all around. I can't recommend him enough!

I was very pleased with the massage by Dodson. In town to see my son and wanted to find a great massage after a lot of moving and physical work. Dodson really worked out the stiff areas and I tremendously benefited from his skilled, healing touch. Very comfortable setting. Will definitely refer Dodson and return in the future. A+

Dodson is truly a master of the healing arts. While most massages feel good, his work is on another level entirely - he has an intuitive ability to sense exactly what the body needs. His touch is present, deep, and purposeful. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a skilled practitioner and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking exceptional bodywork!

Dodson is an incredible massage therapist, as well as just a wonderful person to be around. He's extremely intuitive, listens carefully, and seems to know exactly what your body needs in every session. And his grounded, calming presence is the perfect anchor after a hectic day/week. Can't recommend working with Dodson enough. He's one of the best massage therapists I've ever gotten to work with!

This massage was the exact kind of massage I’ve always desired to have. Dodson goes above and beyond to ensure a quality experience from the cozy atmosphere and heated massage table to his professional and calming presence. He was also communicative throughout making sure the pressure was just right, which I also really appreciated. He targeted areas of my body I didn’t even know needed tending to and it felt like he catered the massage to my body. I felt immediate tension relief and continued feeling an even deeper sense of relief even through to the next day. He’s clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. I highly recommend Dodson and I can’t wait to go back again soon!

Dodson is the massage therapist I’ve been looking for! He’s incredibly intuitive with his work and creates an amazing sense of calm from the second you enter his space. I’m finally getting relief from the shoulder and back pain that comes with working as a bedside nurse, thanks to the intricate levels of deep tissue work around areas I didn’t even know held tension. I highly recommend him!!

I highly recommend Dodson as a massage therapist!! He is very knowledgeable in different massage techniques and was able to alleviate some of my chronic back and hip pain. He utilizes some stretching techniques and deep tissue massage to get long standing knots to release. He is very professional and drapes properly. I feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire experience every time I go. He is always attentive to my comfort and was very patient with me when I was ticklish. I really feel so much better after my massages with Dodson. It’s a relaxing experience but he can also really get deep work done as well!! I’m so glad I found a massage therapist who can help with my chronic pain and I definitely plan to continue going!!

I love working with Dodson, I've been seeing him consistently for 8 months now. His work helps my body feel so much better in a way that lasts. His sessions are therapeutic and target my problem areas, but also have great flow that leaves me feeling blissed out and relaxed by the time we are done. His touch is intuitive and calming; he is gentle, communicative, and responsive. (I need gentle work, I have never asked for more intensity / pressure, but I'm sure he's good at that too). I can't wait for my next session!
