I received such a wonderful massage from Lise. Her body work is so intuitive and comfortable and we were able to make progress on issues in my body that I thought were not going to change anytime soon. If your body and your heart have a lot going on and you need rest come get a massage from Lise for sure.

Massage is a glorious experience that everyone needs. I think one of the biggest curses of the human brain is to sometimes cast skepticism at massage studios that sound “earthy”. I should know, I’m one of those people. Lise is a fantastic massage therapist. Her foundation is solid and she is deeply intuitive. I like that she works by touch and feel and doesn’t have to look to see where to go as she’s working. It’s magnificent to experience someone who understands the body, and also helps you understand it in simple, effective ways. As an athlete, you’d think I’d be searching for the “soul crushing” deep tissue, but as I learned with Lise, your muscles get what you give them. You can’t go deep on a muscle if it isn’t warmed up, and even then, it shouldn’t hurt to be effective. Fantastic massage, my fascia is alive. 10000% recommend. Also she takes insurance, so extra yay!

Lise was great. Her presence was obvious and immediate. She listened to me and was able to find and resolve several issues that I have. She found a few things I didn’t even know about! I left feeling more mobility and relaxation than I have experienced in a while. I will definitely be going back to continue working on my problem areas and improving my mobility.
