The whole team here is incredible—just a genuinely great experience every time. I've been dealing with some significant neck issues, and Dr. Jacob has been amazing at pinpointing the root of the problem and tailoring treatment sessions specifically to address it. Not only do I feel so much better, but his clear explanations helped me truly understand what was going on rather than leaving it a mystery. Highly recommend!

This office is amazing. If I could give it 1000 stars I would. The front office staff are so nice, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and even told me about extra benefits I have on my insurance. The massage therapist Rosie was like heaven! Just enough pressure and so nice! Made me feel very comfortable. THEN there are the amazing Chiropractors, Dr. Tim & Dr. Jake. I’ve seen both and they both were kind, attentive, informative and helped me immensely. I called in last week with extreme left shoulder pain. #newborn 😆 The office was able to get me in that morning. In an age where customer service is dwindling…this office is doing it right! Highly recommend them.

Newberg Family Chiropractic is the BEST in the valley. I've had great experience with both Dr Jacob and Dr Tim but have seen Dr Jacob more often. Their massage therapists are truly professional. Rosie is a star in that field! I could not recommend them ALL more highly.

Everyone who works here is amazing! Jacob does a great job not only adjusting, but giving tips on how to feel better without needing adjusting as frequently. The front desk cares about the patients and are all personable as well.

The clinic is very close to my home, which makes it easier. They are always staff are always kind and helpful. My chiropractor is very caring and helps me what some simple exercises to do that will help the symptoms. They will also give referrals, if I need another opinion. I was m glad I found them.

While vacationing my husband Tom suffered from a pinched nerve…by the grace of God and the professionalism and caring of Cassie, Elisha, and Hannah, we finally got appointments … Doctors Jake and Tim listened, assessed and then did their “magic” … we were able to leave Newberg with Tom feeling much, much better. The doctors also shared strategies to help us on the road to maintain the progress we had made. We will likely never be in Newberg again so to be treated in the caring way we were is a blessing!

I am so thankful for the help and care I received 2 years ago from Dr Jacob Malpass. He was the 1st chiropractor to investigate my chronic shoulder pain and numbness in my arm. He ordered an X-ray and MRI which revealed a bulging disc and foraminal stenosis. I received a spinal injection (post op photo) and haven’t had any pain or numbness since. Thank you! 🙏

I can't rave enough about the experiences I've had at NFC! The knowledge, skill, and unbelievably friendly "bedside manner" of Dr. Tim and Dr. Jacob is unrivaled. Even as a first timer, I felt very comfortable and well informed, as well as extremely attended and listened to. The Dr.'s assistants, office staff, and LMT's are all warm, smiley, inviting, and very personable. Not to mention professional, and great at what they do! Absolutely a top tier small business, that genuinely cares about your experience from start to finish, every time. You'll find none better, so don't hesitate and book your appointment NOW!

One of the best chiropractors I’ve ever had. I’ve been treated multiple times now and every time I feel like a new person. The employees make it feel like a home and I’ve been able to connect with all of them - makes it feel like a home away from home since everyone is so nice. Plus, my conditions have never improved more from any other treatments I have tried. I HIGHLY recommend this if you are looking for a new chiropractor!!
