Absolute perfection from start to finish! NoNotts is incredible! From the moment they picked up the phone, the intake experience was warm, professional, and genuinely happy—and that amazing energy continued throughout my entire visit. The woman who answered the phone made the booking experience absolutely amazing. I heard she is actually the owner, and honestly, it completely shows. She is incredibly professional, handles client expectations perfectly, and is actively earning money and securing loyal business for her clinic and her LMTs. It was so refreshing to be greeted with that level of genuine care and professionalism. As for the massage itself, Shannon is an outstanding LMT. She is extremely client-centered, highly skilled, and stayed completely focused and present throughout the entire session. I was beyond pleased with the overall experience. There is seriously nothing I would change about my session—except maybe wishing I booked it for more time, haha! I will definitely be back.

This was my first time using NoNotts Massage’s services and was really impressed. Trinity was very professional, asked questions to help her understand what I needed, and then used her expertise to find the problem areas. She wasn’t afraid to use a good amount of pressure (as I requested) but was accommodating when I asked her to go light in places. It’s been a week since my massage and I’m still enjoying the benefits. I will be back.

This was the best massage I’ve had in a long time. I was having shoulder pain from tension and an old injury acting up and Jacqueline just melted it all away. I slept so well. Will definitely be back!

Incredible experience! Trinity is awesome - great pressure, very attentive to what you need. I love the options of adding in aromatherapy and an icy-hot-like muscle salve to keep the experience going. I walked in like a crippled pretzel and walked out feeling about three inches taller. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

This place is very clean and relaxing. I felt right at ease once I stepped into the massage room. Trinity made my experience everything that I wanted. She catered to what I wanted and asked throughout the massage if the pressure was okay and if the silicone cups were hurting. I loved how they truly care about your experience.

By far the best massage I've ever received. They take personalized massage seriously and didn't make me guess between styles. A quick 5 minute conversation detailing recent injuries and surgeries and Shannon handled the rest. She encouraged me to guide her to my frequent problem areas and prioritized relief and stretching techniques in the most comfortable way, unlike any other embarrassing massage I've ever endured. She even recommended pilates and stretching exercises specifically tailored to my situation. Between the immediate pain relief and laughing together through the entire session Shannon has me convinced I'll never go to anyone else again.
