Casie is an excellent practitioner! Her bodywork is intuitive, slow and very intentional. Her space is inviting and warm. I always leave feeling less pain/tension, more connected to my body and very relaxed. I’d recommend her to anyone seeking a new massage therapist.

If you want an absolutely amazing massage, you NEED to book with Casie. She really understood the muscle issues I was experiencing and could provide the amount of pressure I needed to help alleviate the pain. The space is also very calming and relaxing. I will definitely be back!

Casie was great and the energy of her space was very warm and inviting. Her music was relaxing and quieted my busy mind. She checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was right and adjusted when needed! I will be back!

Cassie is outstanding. Her technique and attention to detail are excellent. From the moment you arrive to the time you’re done, she takes you on a journey of understanding, magnifying and then releasing where the body holds its tension. Her thorough approach is both subtle and then firm, bringing deep relaxation and a feeling of the body resetting.

My granddaughter has a lot of stress in her life and needed an outlet. We tried massage and it seems to help her cope with her issues in a safe relaxing atmosphere and she likes the aroma therapy she gets when she walks in with the wonderful smells that eminate from the massage rooms and customer lounge area. I’ve been to her twice and absolutely would recommend her. Very welcoming and relaxing environment that I was able to completely let go of my tension. I was having severe pain in my neck and was able to finally turn my head with ease the next day.
