I visited Phoenix Nails for a builder gel set (my first time), and I'm so happy with the results. Exactly what I wanted and holding up so well! (It's been 2 weeks). The staff was so friendly and gentle with my nails, at every step she was asking if I liked my nails & if I was comfortable. The best nail experience I've had, as someone who used to do acrylic and dip for years. I would 100% recommend.

We didn’t take pictures until we got home but the results were 20/10!. The stylist was super friendly and the job was amazingly done, I’ll be returning to get a pedicure with my daughter

This is a 5/5 salon — to best that I can tell, all the negative reviews are from before it became Phoenix Nails Spa (before it was Mother Earth Nail Bar I think). At Phoenix, everyone is incredibly friendly, professional, and careful. I’ve gone three times now, and each experience has been great. They remember my name and are always making sure everyone is taken care of with complimentary drinks, a nice atmosphere, and answers to any and all of your questions. The two photos of the red manicures are from different visits, and the other is when I went with some friends (who also had a great time!)

Third time was not a charm, unfortunately. Very nice staff but poor gel x, thin dip caused breakage and sloppy ombré.

Hands down the BEST nail salon in Portland! The staff are excellent and so attentive to detail. Absolutely obsessed with the builder gel and chrome! 🤍💅🏼

My nails are perfection - I think it might be the best manicure I’ve ever had. The place is verrry dusty and a bit on the dirty side though. Their chairs, tables, plants, displays, are all covered in nail dust, which is gross. There’s honestly no reason it should be allowed to get that bad. But still, they did an excellent job on my nails. They’d get a 5/5 if they cleaned up. I’ll change my review to 5 stars if they have cleaned up next time I go in, which I still will despite the mess. Edit: I went in again and it had been cleaned - it looked like a different place. I changed my review to reflect this. And once again, my nails look fantastic. So many fun colors, chromes, magnetic/cat eyes, and effects to choose from.

Second time going. Builder gel lasted 4 weeks intact even when my work environment usually damaged my nails. And second set came out looking super cute. Manicure and pedicure, both super cute and careful.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a lovely decor that immediately set a relaxing tone. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome right away. I opted for a manicure and pedicure, and the nail technician took her time to ensure every detail was perfect. The selection of colors and nail art options was impressive, making it hard to choose just one! During the treatment, I appreciated the attention to hygiene and cleanliness, which added to my comfort. The massage chair was an added bonus, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. My nails turned out absolutely stunning! The precision and creativity displayed were top-notch. I left feeling pampered and rejuvenated, with nails that I couldn't stop showing off. Overall, I highly recommend Phoenix Nail Salon to anyone looking for a fantastic nail care experience. I can’t wait to return for my next visit!

I’ve been going to see Nu for years. And truly I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Once she started her own shop all of her nail technicians welcome you with such a warm welcoming and make you feel at home. Every time I get my nails done I’m constantly being stopped on the streets asking me- “Where did you get your nails done?!” 💅🏼 ✨🥰 They have every color and design you can dream of as long as you ask for it. And not to mention the complimentary drinks to ensure you’re having the best self care moment. There’s no other place I’d like to call my home nail salon 💅🏼 ✨🥹💕🥰

I love Phoenix Nail Spa! Nhu and Henny are truly artists. I did dip nails for a while, and just recently switched do hard builder gel. Just got a gel fill with cat eye polish. Gorgeous! Pics from my last couple manis.
