I’ve been to two appointments so far with this team for help with my migraines specifically, and I am so impressed. Linda, the massage therapist, has magic fingers. I had no idea how much tension plays a role here and both times she worked on targeted areas in my shoulders and neck before Dr. Jeff did an adjustment. My migraines have definitely decreased in the last few weeks, which is so amazing considering I had one for the 35 days leading up to my first appointment with them. Linda is absolutely wonderful, always so polite, and whatever lotion she is using smells so good it’s genuinely hard not to relax. Plus they play good music. 😁 My next two appointments are already booked. 10/10.

First time here. Was having real problems with my back and neck. Linda gave a great massage and focused exclusively in those areas for an entire hour. I prefer deep pressure and she delivered. It was GREAT. For the first time in a long time I can turn my neck to the right, which is great. I then opted for an adjustment after the massage. The adjustment was also very good and Dr Jeff tried every way possible to alleviate some rib pain I was having. Highly recommend.

Dr. Jeff performed effective adjustments of my spinal vertebrae. I have not had any issues since the adjustments, particularly in my lower back. In addition, the massage therapist was exceptional. She did an excellent job of releasing trigger points, and effectively treated muscle tightness around my right scapula. The massage experience was soothing and peaceful. I thoroughly recommend it.

Aloha! Visiting from the Hawaiian Islands and was in need of some much-needed attention for my back. It had been a while since my last massage and adjustment, and after a busy weekend of wedding festivities I went in feeling tense. I left the office feeling loose, relaxed, and completely refreshed. Dr. Jeff and the team were amazing — very friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel like family. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend! 🌺 P.S. Seamless process i started coming here due to an accident i was in. i really enjoy my massages from linda and the team is so supportive of my schedule they work late on fridays and are very communitive if a spot opens up so i can come jn early 😀 thanks for the great services …

I have never been to a chiropractor. I've been to a lot of massage therapist. I had a pinched nerve static, I could not walk could barely sit. They got me in the same day and although they pain was worse initially after the treatment, after one hour after treatment it was completely gone. No pain and I could walk. The massage therapist was amazing and the Doctor was magnificent. Thank you Doc.

Post accident chiropractic and massage therapy. Very friendly, and caring staff. They were excellent and very attentive to all of my concerns and needs. Would be happy to suggest or refer anyone to get the help they need here. You guys are great!

Just had my first ever massage and adjustment. Was budget friendly,💸 expedient and everyone addressed me by name as I walked in❤️‍🩹. Super friendly atmosphere and people. Now, I'm VERY bad with names,☺️ but the young woman dug so DEEP It hurts to touch but found kn🪢knots even I didn't know were there. My right arm and neck feel more relaxed and loose. Then the Doc did an adjustment and made sure I'd stay relaxed. Definitely recommend and I'll be a repeat customer!

I went to Portland Massage & Chiropractic today. The experience was very positive. I feel like the massage is the strongest part and talking with Dr. Dougal was fantastic. I can tell he has a lot of experience. His adjustment was a bit rough compared to what I am used to but he was able to really help my neck. I think I need another session for my sciatica pain. I still have burning in my leg but it is improved. I will be going back again. I appreciate how well he listened to me and focused on the areas of greatest concern.

Dr. Jeff was incredibly patient and understanding on what I was experiencing. He gave me a great adjustment and some good information to move forward with. Kat the masseuse was on point with the pressure and location she focused on! I hope to not need them again, but if I do i will be glad to be in their hands!!!
