This place is beyond helpful. MaryAnn searched for a part they don't ordinarily carry, but helped me McGuiver exactly what I needed. The staff was friendly and supportive of my request. Incidentally, I was searching at multiple dealerships for a part for my Koi pond, not a spa. All other dealers simply said, "Sorry, we can't help you." This store was such a rare exception to the 'business as usual' attitude of other dealers. YAY! REDMOND STOVE AND SPA! They are now my 'go to' place.

They have worked with knowledge and good products to provide us with the cook wood stove to fit into our home. They have gone out of their way to provide information we needed to complete the installation .. I recommend them

Had an older Marquee spa with a bad motor they gave me a used one that was in incredible shape looked like it was barely used I just popped it in and now I can barely hear my pump running I love that they recycle parts that still have life left in them. They are definitely my first store to go to for the rest of my hot tub needs thanks everyone

As much as I love our hot tub, one late afternoon when i got in…hot tub wasn’t hot. I called Redmond Spa Stove & Sauna and the next day the service tech called set up a time that work he replaced the heating element..cleanup and made friends with our dog. Thank you Redmond Spa for great service.

This place is awesome and so helpful! I was having an issue with my Hot Tub and Jennifer was able to help me diagnose it over the phone and find the parts. She even followed up to see if we needed any other help. Super helpful and super awesome. Thank you guys

When I called about a stove problem they diagnosed the situation as we spoke and called another companies technicians to get their answers. The stove was fixed without costing anything, except their time. I really appreciate their service.

We started visiting Ed and Marianne two years ago, looking at saunas. They were so patient and generous with their time and information, talking to us about pros and cons of each model. As we got closer, Ed let us sit in both types of saunas so that we could experience them for ourselves. We got to know them during this time and shared some of my husband's medical history. They were so kind and interested in how to help serve us, nver pressuring us. When we finally were ready to purchase our sauna, Ed made it happen very quickly and introduced us to a wonderful contractor to do the excavation and electrician. He coordinated the efforts, painted our sauna to match our house, and once installed, came out to set up our app on our phones and walk us through all of the features. Their service is amazing. Our sauna is an amazing addition to our home and we are enjoying it every day.

Redmond Spa, Stove and Sauna did an extraordinary job converting a closet in our house into a sauna. I had purchased and read books, scanned the internet etc., but was gently guided to all the right decisions once I met Ed and his crew. Our sauna looks like it was always part of the plan for our house. The project included demolition of interior drywall, installation of insulation and siding, electrical work, a new window, a new door, a lowered ceiling, and ventilation. We have been using it almost daily for a year now and I wouldn't change a thing. The design and sales process was seamless, pleasant, and transparent. We didn't cut any corners, but also didn't waste any $. The heater, controls, wood, and lighting are all top notch. The installation process was very professional, and the carpentry work by John was perfect. Highly recommended!

Exactly what you hope for when you are making a big purchase and want to deal with honest, hardworking, truthful people. First Redmond Spa Stove and Sauna did service calls when we owned our first (used) hot tub even though we did not purchase that one from them. Not only are they the best price for quality maintenance, but they never pushed us into a new hot tub or made us feel like we shouldn't keep limping along with a very old. When it was time to replace our spa, Marianne, Ed, and Jennifer all had a handle in not only getting us into an new Sundance Hot Tub, but they were so amazing we also fulfilled a bucket list item and bought a sauna! Couldn't be happier with their care and customer service. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

After visiting the store a couple of times we bought our spa on special and they were kind enough to hold it until our new home was complete. Delivery was a breeze and all our new user questions have been handled with cheer. Highly recommend this local business.

I got a used spa. I had no idea how to care for the water. Went to several stores looking for 1" chlorine tablets. My husband said..why don't you go to the spa place next to the Cheveron station on 97. Duh! Ya, why don't I? I met Marianne! She is so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind! My husband has a new cancer diagnosis, my emotions are raw! She even consoled me thru my tears. Very genuinely and told me she is here for me. I now know how to care for my spa and received love from a stranger. All in one stop. I can't say thank you enough. Nancy

I stopped in to ask some questions about woodstoves for our house and to inquire about parts for the getting the stove in our shop up and running again. Marianne and the rest of the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about all of the stove makes/models, code specifications, and parts. They placed a parts order for me and it was available for pickup the next day. I highly recommend them for your woodstove needs if you are in Central Oregon.
