It was a good experience. I made an appointment in advance. It turned out that in addition to making an online appointment, you can also get a 10% discount for telephone consultation. Is it my luck. Recommended. Booked an appointment with the family for a foot massage and got a 20% discount. lucky.

Don't waste your time or money here. I came in with a friend for a one hour massage. The two ladies who massaged us; well, it's more like putting some cheap lotion on your back over and over than massaging; were talking together the whole hour. I'm glad I didn't understand what they were saying so it was like a white noise to me, but still. I came in with low expectations. This place definitely met that! Oh, the boss lady even got upset that we didn't give them good tips for all the bad work they performed!?!?(It is hard for me to call it massage.) If you need a decent walk-in massage, try OChi foot reflexology in Clackamas mall. They do give you firm massage and don't catch up on their personal lives(or perhaps talk about you?) while they work on you.

Came in there few weeks ago and service and girl kept going in our of the room all time did not enjoy I did not tip it was a lousy service and but I said something you going to finish the massage or are you going to keep walking out he was rude about it that she would finish the massage then got upset because I wouldn't give her a tip why should I tip somebody if you're not going to massage me I'm very happy with the serious I would never come back

Avoid this place. I’m a licensed massage therapist. I’ve given and received hundreds of massages and this place is terrible. Pretty sure most of the good reviews are fake. The room is cold. A TV in the room broadcasts security camera surveillance. The table has a sheet that only covers half of your body at a time and a hole too small for your face to fit comfortably. The masseuse (pretty sure she’s unlicensed) doesn’t speak much English. She was texting during the massage and notifications kept sounding on her phone—not relaxing at all. She was also alone so anytime someone came in the building she paused the massage to go talk to them. She charged me for 1 hour, but only gave me 30 minutes because she said she was really busy, but that I didn’t have to tip her (as if that would rectify cutting my massage short). This was so bad it’s almost comical. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else.

WOW! The therapist explained everything clearly and checked on my comfort level. They didn't push for more pressure than I could handle. Left feeling comfortable rather than sore.

Great massage! I have visited Reiz Spa multiple times, and each time Yoyo has been my masseuse. She is excellent. One of the best massages I have ever had, and I have paid far more money at other spas. I will definitely be back.

Back again, thanks to the masseur for relieving my sore back. Great relaxation after a long drive. We were lucky enough to get a $300 gift certificate with a $700 purchase. It turns out that I need to consult Lin at the front desk.

Came here for the first time today, in need of much help. I went into work but had to leave early cause i was in so much pain from 3 recent surgeries I've had and i really just needed to be loved. I got the 60 minute foot massage and it was amazing. "Shoulders, neck, feet and back, Everything was out of whack, Came in to see what could be done, They fixed me up, thanks a ton!" Thank you for helping me out today
