I came in with extreme shoulder and neck pain from an injury, and after just one session I felt at least 75% better. She is incredibly intuitive, with an amazing skill set and such deep knowledge of the body. I’ve always done massages for relaxation, but whenever I tried them for injuries in the past, they were never effective. This was completely different — she is truly gifted beyond belief. There’s something so unique about the way she works; it feels like she has a spiritual connection with the body. Not only did she help relieve my pain, but she also left me feeling lighter and more balanced. She is absolutely amazing at what she does, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Amazing therapy experience! I started seeing Sara after a car accident caused neck and upper back issues. She is especially great with neck issues and told me '"the neck is my jam" during my 1st consultation. Her method involves active release of the muscles and in my experience is more effective. I also love the space she creates with many live plants and relaxing music.

Sara does a fantastic job with massages. A super nice lady that is easy to talk to and she listens to your concerns. She is the only massage therapist that I have found that really digs deep and gets into the problem and takes care of it. I recommend her to anyone needing a really great healing massage. Chris

I was in a serious car accident and referred to Sara to focus on regaining strength and relieving tension in my neck and back. She has a very professional and calm environment. When doing the massage she helps you understand which muscles may need more care. I look forward to seeing her each week, because her therapy helps me feel more relaxed and stronger at work, I have been sleeping better, and seem to have more energy throughout the day! She is also very flexible with appointments and understanding of rescheduling.

Sara has a magic touch and really knows how to loosen tight muscles. My sister found her online and gifted me a massage for my birthday. She treated herself to one as well and we both were amazed at how much better we felt after getting off the table. I’ve been back twice since then and plan on many more visits!

I have had back issues (scoliosis) and have to see a chiropractor regularly, I often get massage along with my chiropractic treatment and have to say Sara gave me the most effective massage I have ever had for pain relief. I told her the issues I have and for the first time I felt like they were actually addressed and the massage was tailored to the issues I have, instead of listening and head nodding then doing the old standard routine. Thanks Sara, you are definitely my go to for treatment!!

Best message ever! I have chronic neck/shoulder issues from years of computer & phone work. I had the worst episode ever with neck spasms, headaches, & shoulder pain. After 2 chiropractic adjustments with only minimal improvement, I was becoming concerned that something was seriously wrong. Before heading to my MD, I decided to try to find a skilled LMT. Sara spent an hour working every muscle, front and back, that attaches to the neck. I was sore for about 24 hours, which I expected, but finally I'm pain free with better range - of - motion than I've had in a very long time. I have had many, many people work on my heck, and Sara is the most skilled of any!

Sara is excellent at helping you after an accident. This is not a lay there and sleep massage. She is have you help her work your muscles with resistance and streching to make you better. It is truly a great therapy.
