I haven’t had my nails done in years and this was my first time going to Sassy Nails and I only have good things to say! The nails themselves are even better than the picture I showed, she put so much effort into the designs and they came out perfect! The colors are exactly what I wanted, and I still can’t get over the flowers being free hand. They made me feel so welcome, and accommodated me in so many ways: opening the door for a breeze, they didn’t make me feel like I was a problem with my last minute change of nail design, and they were just so kind.

I’m visiting from out of state and I must say, this was THE BEST gel manicure I’ve ever had. Wendy was absolutely incredible!!! I can’t say enough about how much care, time and detail she put into my manicure. I wish I lived closer. The salon was great and the staff were ALL so so friendly. Wonderful customer service. What a fantastic salon! Beautiful decor, so clean, and such nice women. This was my first time coming in with my best friend who's come here for 6 years, and I already scheduled my next appointment! They take their time and do a beautiful job. I live in Independence and it is SO worth the drive.

I come once a month to get a pedicure, and the service is absolutely amazing. The massage is long and so relaxing. The color selection is great, if I tried a color I didn’t like she happily takes off and grabs another color. I am very pampered every time I go. Doesn’t smell like chemicals and is very quiet and welcoming. I love coming in here, I look forward to it each time!

I decided to try a new place. The lady who did my pedicure was very nice. I chose the $40 pedicure because I dislike rock massage so no need to pay an extra $15. As she was doing my pedicure, I asked if she could use the cheese grater on the soles of my feet and she said it would cost me an extra $5 for that, or I could but the $55 one and its included. Now, I dislike stone massage so that seems silly. The cheese grater is stainless steel and reusable and all you have to do is put it in a sanitizer and its good to go again. Why would that be $5? Crazy! Then, after looking at my toes closer after, the second coat of polish doesnt even cover my whole toes and looks horrible. Then, I went to pay and paid the 15% tip that was suggested on the machine, but after getting home I realized they overcharged me for my tip. They also do not provide a receipt for services. It's scammy and my toes look good from a distance, nut not closer up. She gave a good massage, but not enough to go back and be overcharged for an ok pedicure. Will not be returning.

I absolutely recommend Sassy Nails to everyone! Every visit is such a great experience. They do an amazing job with my nails every single time, and the way they treat their clients truly makes you feel like family 🩷 I’ve been to countless nail salons over the years, but none have matched the quality, attention to detail, and genuine care I’ve received here. The entire staff is so talented and kind, and I always leave feeling happy, relaxed, and in love with my nails. They consistently deliver perfection. Can’t recommend them enough!

I am usually not one to write reviews, but I was disappointed with my service. I came in for Gel X Extensions and they ended up doing an acrylic fill, which was ultimately fine. However, when I rang up at the counter my total was $83 including my nail file. She also mentioned the price was high since I was “a first time customer.” I thought this price was strange considering their acrylic fills start at $50. But then I remembered when I came in they asked me how much I paid at another salon for the current nails I had (full bling, 3D gel, ombré, etc) where I then answered $90. I chose a design that I assumed wasn’t very difficult, but took two hours because we had to start over multiple times due to a lack of supplies. When I called the salon asking about their pricing, they said “ We charge $10 extra for French tips” which would be fair if I had gotten French on all of my nails, but I only got them on four. Besides all of that the ladies were very nice and the salon was clean.

My daughter and I come to Sassy nails every 2 weeks for a gel manicure. The staff is so amazing and the service always exceeds my expectations. Great prices and amazing service. I highly recommend.
