I have been going for massage/body work from Bob for over 10 years. His hands are magic. He helps me with back and hip pain. His years of training and experience are evident in how much better I feel after seeing him, and my body stays in good shape as a result. He is sensitive and cares about my experience, always assessing for what works and what isn’t so helpful. My muscles feel released and I feel relaxed yet energized after receiving his skilled work. I have been a massage therapist for 19 years and I have received hundreds of massages over the years. As a therapist, I have had multiple neck and shoulder injuries. I am an avid hiker so I also injured my leg after a fall on a trail. Bob has been an LMT even longer than I have. He has been the one therapist I could always count on to figure out what is wrong after an injury and fix it through has vast knowledge and understanding of structure and his incredible intuition. If your understanding of massage is simple swedish or deep tissue, there is a realm of massage therapy training that goes way beyond either of these two approaches. Bob uses approaches that get to the root of immobility, restrictions and pain related problems. I owe him A lot for keeping me in my profession after helping me heal from chronic use issues and injuries. Thanks Bob. I highly recommend him.
