I got a spray tan with Gabby and it was great! I’ve never had a spray tan feel so light and honestly the color turned out SO perfect. I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone who has an event coming up or even if you just want a little glow for the middle of winter. I love the vibes at SOOTHE

This place is beyond incredible. I received lymphatic drainage from Gabi after having surgery, plus an incredible facial, and couldn't have been more pleased. It's really hard to find people that CARE and KNOW what they're doing and everyone at Soothed is exceptional and really cares about the client experience as well as results. If you love a good facial, go see Gabi!

Let me start by saying that when you walk in the door it is a very warm, cozy and welcoming atmosphere. I received a Lymphatic Body Countour treatment from Samantha. Samantha has a very warm and caring personality as well as friendly and very professional. She is also very knowledgeable and experienced. I felt totally comfortable with Samantha. I didn't feel self-conscious about my body at all. After 1 treatment I saw an improvement in my abdomen and waist! I'll be back for more. I'm so excited to see how I'll look after multiple sessions after seeing an improvement in just one! I also have to mention that during the treatment, my body felt sooooooo relaxed and soothed! If I could give 10 stars I would! You will not be disappointed.

If I could give SootheNsnatched a thousand stars, it still wouldn’t feel like enough. I lived in Portland for eight years and was a client at Soothensnatched for four of them. In that time, I experienced lymphatic drainage regularly, sound baths, Hydrafacials, Emsculpt, Botox, IV therapy (especially throughout my pregnancy), and honestly anything I ever needed. What makes Soothensnatched extraordinary isn’t just the range of services, it’s the way they make you feel from the moment you walk through the door. From my very first visit, it felt less like entering a business and more like being welcomed into the home of your closest friends. Every single person I’ve encountered there is warm, deeply kind, patient, and genuinely invested in you as a whole human being. They listen without judgment, they uplift you when you need it most, and they create a space where you can relax, heal, laugh, cry, and leave feeling lighter in every possible way. Sammy, the founder, is incredibly knowledgeable and has built the most inspiring team of women. Each practitioner is exceptionally skilled in their craft, and you can feel the intention, care, and professionalism behind everything they do. They don’t just provide services, they provide an experience that blends wellness, friendship, healing, and confidence in a way that is truly rare. Soothensnatched was such an important part of my life during my time in Portland and I miss it more than I can put into words. I can only hope they continue to grow and maybe open a location in NYC someday, because there is nothing else like it. This is more than a wellness studio. It’s a sanctuary. And there is no one more deserving of recognition and praise.

I’ve been going to Gabi for 3 yrs for waxes and facials!!!! She is such an amazing esthetician. You can really tell she is knowledgeable in her field and she is there for you and your needs for your appt. The space is very cute, clean, and relaxing. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Great service with Gabi. I appreciated the thorough discussion before the facial and creating a plan. She was knowledgeable, professional and kind. The facial was lovely. Just the right amount of pressure and obvious good technique. Highly recommend soothe and snatched!

Marie is unmatched in her knowledge and support for her clients. She has completely transformed my skin not only by helping clear melasma (that I had previously invested thousands in trying to address with other providers) but also guided me to improve the texture and health of my skin. She is also just a wonderful human to share space with, and always makes me feel so comfortable and cared for. I couldn’t recommend her enough for all things cosmetic procedure or skincare 🤎

I love coming here for Lymphatic Body Contouring with Gabi. I truly feel that there is no other place in Portland that offers this service with the same level of care and attention. The results are amazing and I always leave my appointments feeling relaxed and more confident. Highly recommend committing to the Loyalty Membership which is a great deal especially when comparing the cost of going to other med/spas for similar treatments.

I’ve gone to Sammy since day 1 she started her business and watching her grow as a professional and as person has been amazing, and not only that she is always improving her wealth of knowledge to ensure she brings the best care in post op and lymphatic massage therapy. Post op coming here was scary as a concept but it was a great experience. Really de-mystified what post surgery should feel and look like. Lots of information, kindness, and of course the massage was wonderful. My only regret was not scheduling 4 post op massages the two weeks after surgery. 1 was incredible and so so helpful, but it makes you wish you had more. Also really cool location, and staff. Thanks and will definitely book again
