Dr Dale and his staff are awesome. He is a wizard. Not only does my back and neck feel better, he helps with other ailments that pop up too, because everything is connected. I’ve also learned so much about how to walk better and just love better. Can’t recommend Standing Tall more!

Years ago after three pregnancies in a mountain of life stress, I was hurting constantly. I was generally worried that one day when I got down on the floor with my kids, I wouldn’t be able to get back up. Even getting out of bed was an ordeal. I tried everything physical therapy, diet changes, exercise, hormone checks… All the things people recommended yet nothing truly helped By chance, I ended up at Dr. Dale‘s office and looking back. It was the best decision I’ve ever made for my overall well-being. The beginning required real commitment of both time and resources (my insurance wasn’t great). It wasn’t easy, but staying with the process changed my life. Overtime, I learned how my body reacts to stress why I was feeling certain pains, and most importantly how to support and understand my body outside of his office. Fast-forward to now, I move through life with so much more comfort, and I don’t need to go in nearly often as I once instead, I simply feel so much better in my every day life. I’ve never been able to fully put this journey into words but the gratitude, I feel is enormous. I referred many family members and friends to Dr. Dale over the years and they’ve shared their own meaningful improvements as well. He has helped me, my son and everyone I’ve sent his way times a million. If you’re looking for a quick fix this, probably isn’t it, but if you want a lifelong understanding of your nervous system, you’re spine and a holistic approach to how your body functions. There’s so much heart and soul in the work of Dr. Dale I am incredibly thankful I trusted the process and Dr. Dale is here.

I’m doing so much better than I was when I started to see Dr. Dale at Standing Tall. Find me an issue was falling asleep. After years of difficulty, falling asleep, I now fall asleep within about 15 minutes. It’s wonderful!

I have been to a number of chiropractors over my lifetime, but none have come close to Dr. Dale's approach. The evaluation, the treatment plan, the exercises, it is a cohesive and thorough program. The staff is great, the entire office experience is welcoming and positive. Dr. Dale has an incredible knack for knowing exactly where to adjust. I appreciate his concern for overall wellness, and I love his sense of humor.

I have been seeing Dr. Dale for over two months and I seen much improvement with my physical health. I feel great both physically and emotionally. Dale was referred to me by a friend because I was having neck pain. He carried out an examination with X-rays of my neck and spine as part of my consultation so I was actually able to see what was going on and understand why it was hurting. I have seen a huge improvement after a few weeks of scheduled visits, and I really do recommend Dale/Standing Tall! The front office team are pretty dang awesome as well ❤️

Dale is awesome, easy to work with and very knowledgeable in his work, I’m going to be continuing treatment with him and I’m looking forward to the help he’s going to provide. Updated review 3-25-2024 I just wanted to share my experience with Dale after having his full treatment 40+ days seeing him. I’m a professional detailer and my shoulders literally gave out on me numerous times well going through the treatment Dale was providing, not because of his treatments but because of my lifestyle. He recommended so many things that I still due to this day that have helped me drastically! He was very professional and supportive through the entire process and I literally wouldn’t be able to support my family with my job if I wouldn’t have gone through with his treatments! I’m extremely appreciative towards him and highly recommend his services if your in any sort of pain or discomfort. Last month I had tickets to a long-anticipated concert to see one of my favorite Musical Groups. A few days before the concert I started having sharp stabbing in my stomach & pelvis! The day of the show the pain was so bad that I could not stand up. Dr Dale had worked with my family members resulting in great success & still provides ongoing treatment for them. I called Standing Tall Chiropractic. He fit me in without an appointment. He worked on me for about 15 minutes doing what is called applied kinesiology and found the root of the pain! He told me that muscle weakness relates to body problems and impairment which in my case was bowel dysfunction and cramps. After my adjustment, I drank a glass of water took a walk around the block & the discomfort was gone! PS, Best concert ever!

I called Dr. Dale a few months ago for my husband. He was extremely kind and professional, listening to my concerns. He was able to get him booked for his 1st exam in a very timely manner. My husband had difficulty moving his arm because his shoulder was in such great pain, and thanks to Dr. Dale's adjustments, he is able to move his arm comfortably without severe pain. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares, is very professional, and extremely knowledgeable about their practices, you find the right place! Thank you so much!! 🙌🏼

I came to Dr. Dale as a recommendation from a coworker. At that time, I was struggling with severe muscle spasms. Once beginning his program, I was quickly able to experience relief. He listens deeply in order to provide custom solutions for each individual—and it doesn’t hurt that he works on himself on a regular basis in order to ensure he is his best for his clients each day. Dr. Dale’s extensive knowledge of health and wellness, going beyond even just his exceptional skills as a chiropractor, are able to benefit the health and well-being of myself and my entire family. Dr.Dale is hands down the best chiropractor I've seen, and that's out of a long list. Dr. Dale did an incredible job diagnosing my issues, and did an even better job formulating and implementing a game plan. I could not recommend him more. Out of all the chiropractors I've had, he is the only one who has been able to actually resolve my issues. All of my other chiropractors merely made things tolerable, Dr. Dale legitimately fixed them.

My 9 year old daughter started seeing Dr. Dale when she suddenly started having migraines. Before we even knew the diagnosis, Dr. Dale had a plan, a calmness and healing presence, not to mention the skills and treatment! Over the course of a couple months of improvement, he weaned her from 3 times a week to once a week and she's improved tremendously over the course of her time with him. He's great with kids and adults alike, being a father himself and treats her with respect and speaks to her without talking down to her. Go see him. You won't regret it!
