My I have massages from Sheng12 now for about 2 years as well as my friends and family. Now this is just one of many spa services that I have been to in my life and I am 66yrs old and I can absolutely say that this was the best massage, customer service I have EVER had, I love how clean it is from front to back! also when you go to their website they let you what days and time are best for walk-ins. This is an amazing spa and if you're looking for a GREAT! massage for a GREAT! price this is it. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience at Star Foot Massage. I was greeted warmly by the very sweet staff and shown to a very cozy and clean room. The masseuse was very skillful and I left relaxed with my body feeling much better. This wil be my go to shop from now on - highly recommend 👍 …

1- Beautiful clean atmosphere. Courteous staff. Amazing massage. 2- I have visited here several times now. It is impressive how they cater to both men and women in the most elegant ways. The femal technicians are meticulous in finding your sore spots and Mr. Dan is the master of foot massage.

I live very close by & a coworker mentioned this place to me so I decided to try it out. The shop was clean & nice. I'll just list the pros & cons Pros: - I liked the music they were playing when I got my massage. It was upbeat & was a chinese version of Dance Dance Revolution lol. - Lowest charge for using your debit card compared to other massage places which is $3. Other massage places i been to is close to $10. - Very reasonably priced -Not as pushy on tips as other massage places. -They have a promotion going on as a new opening shop where if you get 10 massages, the 11th massage is free. Not sure if they have a time limit to that free massage like if you wanted more then an hour for example would that apply? but either way a free massage is always good especially if the massage place is above decent, to good to great. - Location. It's by a lot of food places so if you're hungry after your massage you have a lot of options or if you want to shop for groceries you have grocery outlet around the corner. -Solid customer service. The staff was friendly and very attentive. During my massage the massage therapist was in communication with me on comfortability and pressure which I appreciated. - Jessie I believe the Massage therapist that gave me a massage was nice, friendly, and had good technique. -peaceful environment - Walk in availability to a degree - Open from 9am-10:30p or so. - You can customize where you want to be massaged. - Good smelling environment - Good scented lotion/oil they use CONS - A little bit of a language barrier. Google translate had to be used to a degree for communication. - The bed was a little hard and slightly uncomfortable especially for the head area. -I believe they only have one or two massage therapists which can limit availability to a degree. I believe the other massage therapist is in training. - At times my massage therapist had to leave the room to talk to incoming people getting a massage as well as to talk to her coworker. I was left on the massage table for at least 40 secs to approximately 2 minutes. I also had to wait to be massaged for 15-22 minutes although I was told 15 minutes. They need more massage therapists to assist with customer volume. - The room where i receive my massage is kinda small. As a bigger guy at 6'0 plus and all room wasn't spacious to my liking. -Bed was small and not as spacious to my liking. - To my knowledge they don't have the option to schedule a massage and only walk in & with limited amount of massage therapists I wouldn't want to wait for a massage too long. All in all, for a massage shop that opened, I do like the location, and the atmosphere & it's reasonably priced. Jessie the massage therapist was an above decent to good massage therapist. I will certainly be going back, and I recommend to others. Not a bad massage shop at all. I'm sure that as they get more customers they will improve on adding more massage therapists & improve on their bed comfort. Definitely will be going back to the shop.
