I’ve been going to Sam every four weeks for a few months now, and I honestly wish I could go more often! Sam takes the time at the beginning of every session to really check in about how my body is feeling and where I need the most focus. Each massage is both deeply therapeutic and incredibly relaxing and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Sam is intuitive, attentive, and truly skilled at what she does. I highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for an amazing massage experience.

Awesome experience! Sam was super communicative and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I got the deep tissue and she worked on my super tight neck/shoulders from hunching. It hurt so good!

Sam works wonders! Not only is she kind, professional, and a great conversationalist - she is very experienced at what she does and has helped me with my post-accident injuries significantly in our time together thus far. I would recommend her to anyone searching for a massage therapist for this service. (An added perk: her space is extremely relaxing, comfortable, and has a great view!

I had never had a massage before, but Sam got to places I didn’t even know were hurting or causing the other parts of me to hurt. I can feel the relief even through the slight tenderness of the more sore areas. The session was also clean, well designed, relaxing, and informative, and I’m so happy she doesn’t use oils for massage and instead an unscented cream. Will be coming back! 10/10

I recently had my first massage with Sam, and I was thoroughly impressed. Her technique is unique and highly effective, which is why I called her the 'real muscle whisperer'! Today was my first experience with Sam.. Simply put, She is pretty amazing! I appreciated her exceptional knowledge, but also her ability to listen to what I wanted first and foremost. The "sugar back scrub" is a non negotiable ;)

Sam is one of the best massage therapists I've worked with! She focuses on tight spots I may not be aware of and loosens them up with ease. She's receptive to feedback and makes sure to address all the areas I request. Sam also suggests stretches and equipment to help me prolong the effectiveness of the massage and to find at-home relief between sessions. I routinely schedule 2hr appointments with her to ensure a full body massage plus enough time to focus on locked areas. The hot stones add-on also does wonders to help my muscles loosen up.

I had some neck issues, and I decided to try Sublime Wellness out due to fantastic reviews, particularly from people who had been in car accidents. I'm glad I did. Sam is great at applying the high level of pressure that I like and finding those spots you maybe didn't even realize needed work. She also really knows her stuff. She does a great job of explaining what muscles need work, why, and what stretches and exercises I can do on my own to help improve my neck. Sublime Wellness is indeed sublime!

This review has been a long time coming. I first started seeing Samantha after a sports related injury to my low back. It had been months of pain and discomfort. Samantha within the first minutes of our appointment did a quick assessment and formulated a plan for our 90 massage. She worked me over! Samantha diligently worked on every small muscle group that was causing me my discomfort. I visited every other week for a couple of months. After every visit my pain and discomfort improved. She had a kind and calming presence. Her banter was fun and interesting. You'll be in good hands.
