If you are looking for in depth and honest bodywork through Thai massage, do not look any further. Just make the appointment and begin your healing process. I have been a devotee of Thai massage for 10 years. I have had some really great therapists and some are just regular. It depends on what you are looking for. I came to Thai Dai Massage for a specific purpose, and that was #1- healing and #2- relaxation. I hit the jackpot! Eric is a caring, intuitive and thorough Thai massage therapist. He is exactly the person I have been waiting and searching for to work on (and with) me in healing years of injury and pain which started from wrist tendonitis and now incorporates shoulder neck and back soreness and pain. I started with a 3hr session to learn about my issues and really get in-depth about what was going on with my body. I didn't know what to expect, but I hoped that it wouldn't be a typical massage session going through the routine of the massage, and I was pleasantly surprised that it became more of a thorough assessment while massaging and working on my body. He let my body show him. It was exactly what I hoped for and more. By the time I left, I was much more agile, mobile, and felt more free and relaxed. I also left with much more knowledge of my issues that my doctors and physical therapists did not address or look into, and how to use my new knowledge to help myself both physically, mentally and also how to advocate for myself going forward. Through Thai Dai Massage, working with Eric, I finally feel I found the person to help me reach my wellness goals. I have a lot of work to do on my body and healing has it's painful moments in the beginning, but it is 100% worth it to get to full mobility and freedom in movement. When all the hard work is done, I look forward to enjoying the more melting and relaxing Thai massage experience one has when you aren't all out of whack. For now, I am thoroughly enjoying the healing and release Eric provides me. You will enjoy his open and kind energy. 100% positivity!

I had an exceptional 2-hour Thai massage. The session took place on a mat on the floor in a very safe, calming space. He really works with you to tailor the bodywork to your needs. He was able to find the areas causing me pain and even gave me stretches afterward! The communication was clear and thoughtful from start to finish, and the bodywork was both intuitive and highly skilled. I felt completely restored afterward.

I’ve received a lot of massages in my life. I enjoy 3+ hour long deep tissue work but had a hard time finding a therapist who listened to what I needed versus just doing what they routinely do for everyone on their table. My first Thai massage today was unbelievable and I can’t wait to go back. Eric listened, he responded with just the right move and pressure while also reminding me to breath to assist with muscle relaxation. He is a gem and very knowledgeable with how the body moves. I came to Eric for my first Thai massage/bodywork. Eric addressed all of my issues -- even resolving knots I was previously unaware of -- and left me feeling rejuvenated and light. I've been seeing Eric for my bodywork for quite some time. I really like the way he designed his working space. It makes it a really comfortable environment. Eric has a natural gift of healing. He always is able to find the issue and get to the nitty gritty. Furthermore, Eric is extremely knowledgeable with the body and knows exactly where the issue's are coming from. He is also a good educator. He really zones in on my breathing which helps the release of stuck areas and I got to say, every time I leave there I feel like I've gained 25% of more breathing capacity. The following day all the areas that were causing discomfort feel so much better. Thank you Eric for all your hard work! I will continue seeing Eric for my monthly maintenance!!

Eric is incredibly respectful, attentive and intuitive. After 3 years post back injury, I feel like he gave my body permission to move again. Ever since working with Eric, I have felt much less tense and fearful of both being in my body and moving my body. I highly recommend Eric to anyone who is looking to feel more embodied (physically, emotionally and spiritually).

I just had my first massage with Eric and it was amazing! Eric is able to hone in on problem areas and adjusts his technique/pressure to the intensity that you are comfortable with. I felt like jelly after the massage and went home for a three hour nap. I will definitely become a repeat client! If you haven’t had a Thai massage before (or even if you have), you owe it to yourself to try a session with Eric.

I had such a restorative and relaxing body /massage work with Eric! He is very intuitive, experienced and so knowledgeable about human body! I never had Thai massage, so I was in for a special treat, where I received an amazing pressure relief and stretching. The room was clean and relaxing. Eric's manners were professional and kind. Can't recommend this place enough!
