I can't say enough good things about this physical therapy team. From my very first appointment, everyone treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained every step of my treatment, and created a plan that was tailored to my specific needs. The therapists are knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly invested in helping their patients improve. They celebrated every bit of progress with me and motivated me on the difficult days. The entire staff is welcoming, professional, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the door.

I've been going to Newberg Physical Therapy for a variety of issues that had accumulated over the years. Like many people, I put off addressing them because life was busy. I initially started treatment for neck pain, and after about 6–8 sessions, that improved significantly. From there, we worked on ankle pain, knee pain, and one of my biggest challenges—persistent sciatica that I had been unable to resolve on my own. Physical therapy at this clinic has truly been life-changing. After nearly a year of working through different areas of my body, I recently graduated from their program feeling stronger, more mobile, and equipped with the knowledge and tools to continue taking care of myself at the gym. What stood out most was the quality of care. The team consistently followed through, held me accountable to doing the work, and never rushed my appointments. I always received a full 60-minute session unless I personally needed a shorter one due to scheduling conflicts. They were flexible, supportive, and met me where I was throughout the entire process. I especially loved working with Anne and Amy. They are knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in their patients' success. Their assistants are equally wonderful, hardworking, and kind. I can't recommend Therapeutic Associates Newberg Physical Therapy enough. Thank you for helping me get back to feeling like myself again! ❤️

Hannah Quinn is a wonderful Physical Therapist. I saw wonderful improvement over the course of six weeks. She explained exercises and techniques very thoroughly. The assistants were also very helpful and encouraging. A+ experience! I will go back for any PT needs in the future!

Anne Jeffery and her assistant Amy are amazing! So kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They helped me with core and pelvic floor strengthening throughout my pregnancy and I know it aided in how smooth and wonderful my labor, birth and recovery was. I truly could not recommend them enough!

I was very happy with my treatment received, especially being pregnant during the time. I was able to gain additional skills that were helpful during birth that made the process much easier on my body. Anne and Amy did a great job throughout the time I was there. Also, the PT aids were very kind and welcoming. I would recommend!

Before going here, I had never done PT before and was very nervous about PT. For years I heard stories about how mean physical therapists are and how painful it is to do exercises they give. I pushed off going for several months after my injuries due to horror stories all my life. I'm happy to say that everyone here is friendly and kind. They made the PT experience pleasant overall. Hannah was an absolute delight to work with. She is incredibly sweet and truly cares about her patients. She did a great job having challenging exercises but not painful ones. I plan to not be back in PT, but if I ever am, I will come back here.

Every staff member at Therapeutic Associates was amazing. The therapists were all super knowledgeable, patient and thorough. The atmosphere is caring and calming. I really felt cared for and important to them. I definitely recommend them for you PT needs.

I can’t say enough great things about this team. It’s clear from the moment you walk in that they truly care about their patients, and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Amy and Anne are absolute angels. They helped me immensely through a very difficult time in my recovery. A year after meniscus reattachment surgery, I was still struggling—I couldn’t walk properly, had trouble with stairs, relied on a cane at times, and dealt with daily pain. After working with them for about three months, everything changed. I can now walk normally, handle stairs with ease, and have even started jogging again. It honestly feels like I have my life back. What really stands out is how intentional and personalized their approach is. Every evaluation is meaningful and used to adjust your treatment plan so you can keep progressing. They truly listen, adapt, and care about your success. I highly, highly recommend them!

Working with Hannah was life changing for me. I was in so much pain when we began and I am ending physical therapy now in a much better place. Hannah listened to my needs, adjusted my plan as needed, and was curious enough to help me figure out what was really happening with my body. I highly recommend this practice to everyone. Also, having access to the app that have me gentle reminders and daily practice cues was a fantastic help.

I am an avid fan of Anne Jeffrey DPT and the TA team she has assembled in the Newberg facility. I look for agents of change that are competent, compassionate, and capable of crafting and communicating and committing a treatment plan that respects the patients goals while achieving successful outcomes. My goal was to return to canoeing despite a significant rotator injury without surgical intervention. My goal was reached. The assessment and plan plus my commitment to the program have given me back the river. Your mileage may vary... but if I need to pursue PT the first call I would make would be to the Newberg TA group. Excuse me.. I hear a river calling..

I have had an amazing experience at TA. I’ve seen both Anne and Amy off and on for a couple of years for back pain and pelvic floor issues—they helped me after a major back surgery and later helped me with pelvic floor issues in pregnancy and post-partum. They even helped me prepare for the natural birth that I wanted and was able to have! I have gotten stronger and experienced less pain since working with them!!! They listened well to my needs and I felt very taken care of. The front desk is also incredibly friendly and I always felt so welcomed. I cannot recommend TA in Newberg enough!!!!

After having my first baby, I came to Therapeutic Associates Newberg for pelvic floor PT. Anne and Amy were absolutely amazing! They helped me regain my strength and feel confident returning to daily activities, even helping me manage chronic knee pain and modifying exercises when necessary. I'm so grateful to have had such a caring and helpful team. If I ever need PT in the future (including after future babies), I'll definitely be back!

The very very best! I was suffering from some pretty severe pelvic floor pain 4 months after my second baby and now I’m completely back to normal! I can lift a car seat without pain, walk and run as I used to. I’m forever grateful to Anne and her team!

Such great service. I have gone here in the past and was able to basically fix my injury. This past time I went in we weren’t able to fix me 100%. But i went from not being able to drive for more than 40min-1 hour without pain, to over two whole hours of no pain. Do your home work outs. Trust.
