I only have wonderful things to say about Uptrack Bodywork and Fitness. Cassie is professional, respectful, and takes the time to listen to your needs. It is obvious that she is educated and thoroughly trained. Cassie has been immensely helpful in my own recovery through back pain. I have been to other massage therapists before and have never left feeling as good as I do than when I leave Uptrack. Wherever you are at on your personal health journey, I highly recommend booking a session with Cassie. ❤️

I’ve been working with Cassie for a few years now, always professional, very knowledgeable and I just really enjoy the time I spend with her. She is excellent at her craft of massage and I highly recommend Cassie for any ailment you might have or for just a great full body massage just because you know you need it. Her studio is also adorable and she carries great Locally crafted apothecary items.

Cassie at Uptrack is great. I first went to her in 2024 after shoulder surgery. She really helped me post-op then. 2 years later I just went back as range of motion on the shoulder is still limited. She had a great feel for the body and judiciously pressured when necessary without aggravating the joint. After her work I'm almost back to normal on my external rotation range . I highly reccomend Cassie.

Really glad to have found Cassie and Uptrack! A lot of masseurs will take your specific pains into account, but only focus a portion of their time addressing it while still insisting on a general, whole body massage. Cassie, though, really listens to you and structures the whole process around your specific issues. For the first time in over a year of trying to mitigate a vocational injury, I finally feel like I’m on the path to recovery!

Cassie is amazing! She has helped me recover from an ankle injury with a combination of myofascial work, massage & cupping. She uses a variety of techniques, and gets to the root of the problem quickly, addressing any and all aches and pains. Within a month I went from using crutches to riding my bike - she is a master! Details - Very easy to schedule. Great communicator. Very clean, relaxing space. Bills insurance as well!

I feel extremely fortunate to be working with Cassie. After only 5 sessions I am noticing improvements in my strength and energy levels. She is an excellent communicator; giving precise cues to help me dial in my movements. Alternating between the 3 workouts she created to address my priorities keeps me interested and making gains in each session.
