Now it’s “Recovery” and rejuvenation as the spa was removed and replaced with compression and red light therapy, open everyday 8 am - 8 pm weekday (closed 2-3:30 pm) and 8-4 pm weekend. My favorite is the float therapy and air compression therapy, but I also make sure to do cold plunge every week and take advantage of massage chair every time I visit.

I have had a massage from MaShayla and a facial from Judie at the spa and both were incredible experiences! They let me relax and soak in some me-time. I left feeling better than ever! And the Spa Supervisor is an absolute gem with amazing customer service. Can’t wait to go back!

I booked my mom a facial with Abby and she said it was absolutely amazing! Prices are great and the products they use are clean and hydrating. Highly recommend!!

Judie was an amazing esthetician during my first facial! Very communicative and personable when explaining every step she was doing (love the option of a quiet session as well). Definitely booking a longer facial session next time :)

I had multiple massages from Mashayla and every single time she has mended my trouble spots; always making me feel brand new. This last week, I asked for a relaxing massage rather than a corrective one and she delivered as always! The most knowledgeable, memorable, and versatile massage therapist I’ve ever had the privilege to get serviced by. Highly recommend! She is worth the wait!

My favorite place to get a facial! The spa is made up of the most beautiful people who you can tell genuinely care about you and the service they provide you! I wasn’t pushed to purchase the products used during my services but after seeing results so soon, I had to and I 10/10 recommend the products they offer!

The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the soothing sounds of chirping birds, trickling water, and a receptionist who looked like they just emerged from a yoga retreat—or a particularly intense game of hide-and-seek. Now, let’s talk about the massage. I opted for the “Ultimate Relaxation Experience,” which I can only assume is code for “Prepare to Be Pounded Into a Human Pancake.” My massage therapist had hands like a gentle giant and the precision of a ninja. One minute I was contemplating my life choices, and the next, I was wondering if I’d accidentally signed up for a wrestling match. As she worked her magic, I was transported to a world where deadlines didn’t exist and my to-do list was just a figment of my imagination. Mid-massage, I accidentally snorted because I was trying not to giggle. I mean, who knew that the pressure point between my shoulder blades could trigger memories of my high school crush? The aromatherapy was on point, too.
