I can’t thank Corin enough for saving my hair! After a haircut that didn’t turn out the way I had hoped, I was feeling pretty discouraged. Corin completely transformed my hair and gave me back my confidence. She is incredibly talented, kind, and professional. I’ve received so many compliments since my appointment, and people are amazed by the transformation. I’ve included before-and-after photos to show the amazing work she did. Thank you so much, Corin!

I booked my appointment with Danielle and it was such an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Dani took the time to help me figure out exactly what I wanted and what works best for my skin tone and features. The salon was so well put together and the vibes were vibing, they have this huge plant that is absolutely stunning. I got a color touch up and she was able to add the dimension I wanted. She was really fast at foiling, and added a scalp treatment during my shampoo, the whole experience was a chiefs kiss. Didn’t feel like a chore and I’m extremely happy with the outcome. 10/10 would recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair cut here by Corin and had an amazing experience! The salon is very cute and clean, and the drink menu they offer is a nice touch. Corin gave me exactly the style I wanted and took her time to make sure I was satisfied. The owner Danielle is also incredibly sweet and fun to chat with! You can tell this place is a labor of love for sure. I am so glad I found my new hair salon, 10/10!

Kelsie recently did my hair and she did AMAZING. She does so well with blonde! When she finished my balayage it looked so natural, it was incredible. Pictures attached for reference. She pays very close attention to detail and has very good taste/judgment. She's been doing my hair for over a year now and it just keeps looking better and better :)

Let me start by saying that I genuinely do not enjoy writing negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. To say I left this salon feeling disappointed, devastated, frustrated, and ultimately less confident than when I walked in would be an understatement. For the past 3–4 years, I had been seeing the same hairstylist. Unfortunately, her books were full for the next couple of months, and with my birthday approaching, I wanted to have my hair done asap. After seeing Vixen's work on social media, I decided to take a chance and booked an appointment online, which the booking system automatically assigned me to Sierra. The evening before my appointment, Sierra reached out to touch base about my hair. I sent her multiple inspiration photos—including several of myself with my previous color—as well as photos of my current hair. I explained that my hair was currently black, but that most of it was actually my natural hair since it had been over a year since I had last bleached it. I also shared that, over the past month or so, I had been using semi-permanent black dye only on the ends of my hair to blend them with my natural growth. I told Sierra I was hoping to achieve a lighter, dimensional, lived-in, low-maintenance color similar to the inspiration photos I provided. I also made it a point to mention that I had previously had a very negative experience at another salon where my hair turned out extremely brassy, and I specifically wanted to avoid that outcome (way before I found my current stylist). After approximately 4½ hours in the salon, the finished result looked nothing like what we had discussed. My hair was still overwhelmingly dark, and the lighter pieces that were added were noticeably brassy—the exact concern I had expressed before we even began. The overall color lacked the brightness and dimension shown in the inspiration photos, and honestly looked as though very little had changed considering the amount of time spent in the chair. Before leaving, I respectfully shared my concerns with Sierra. I explained that I felt the color was still far too dark and much brassier than I had hoped for. She responded that my hair simply could not lift to the level I wanted. While I understand that lifting previously colored black hair can be challenging, the dyed portion was limited to the ends of my hair and represented less than half of my overall length. I wasn't expecting a platinum blonde transformation in a single appointment—I was simply expecting a result that more closely reflected the conversations we shared. Sierra was kind and pleasant throughout the appointment, and I genuinely appreciated her professionalism and demeanor, which is why I still chose to leave a tip. Unfortunately, no solution or corrective plan was offered, and while kindness is appreciated, it doesn't make up for results that felt and looked so different from what had been discussed. After spending nearly five hours in the salon and several hundred dollars gone, I left feeling disappointed, unheard, and far less confident than when I arrived. That was especially difficult because I had been looking forward to having my hair done before my birthday. I truly don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially because I had such high expectations based on Vixen's portfolio and social media. However, I believe it's important to share my honest experience so that future clients have realistic expectations. I sincerely hope my experience was an exception rather than the norm, but unfortunately, I cannot say that my visit reflected the quality I was expecting. — A very disappointed customer

I had the best hair experience coming into the Vixen Beauty Lounge! I worked with Makenna (@blondesbymakenna) and I cannot recommend her enough. She went above and beyond to help me in scheduling my appointment around my work hours, was incredible blending the bright blond highlights into my natural blonde color, and the results came out better than I could have ever asked for! You can tell Makenna values making her clients feel comfortable coming in and confident walking out. Safe to say I found my go-to stylist!!

I had my hair colored at the salon by Kelsey and I am so in love with it! She gave me 60’s style bangs with gold\honey coloring throughout, a shadow root and long layers. She was very kind and helpful during the entire process. Very easy to talk to and the salon had overall great vibes. Plus the end result of my hair turned out so so beautiful!! Will definitely be coming back!💖✨

If you want an all around superior hair care experience, then this is where you want to be. Danielle is who I see and she is the owner. However, I have witnessed many times her teaching in the salon and without a doubt have full confidence in everyone's skills. I personally take advantage if their hair extension services and let me tell you, you and your hair get pampered. There's add-ons by choice, complementary drinks and snacks and an all around great vibe. I would, and do recommend this salon to my friend's and client's all the time.

Makenna did absolutely AMAZING!!! I truly am so in love with my hair. She gave me my dream results all while not compromising the health of my hair. Not to mention she is the absolute sweetest.
