Kim is a wonderful therapist. She is able to find deep knots, resolve soreness and zero in on areas which need work. She does a great job of discussing current issues and areas which need work and then attacking them. The space is very welcoming, quiet and pleasant.

I started going to Kim for massage therapy after she was highly recommended by my neighbor. I was experiencing arthritic joint pain and high levels of stress from my job. These issues were getting out of control and adversely affecting my quality of life. So I figured it couldn't hurt to give massage therapy a try because nothing else seemed to be working. I had always thought of massage therapy as a luxury or a frivolous use of money, but after seeing and feeling the results from going to Kim these last several months, I've learned that this belief couldn't be further from the truth. Massage therapy from Kim has become an indispensable part of my overall health and well-being. Whenever I have a session with Kim I leave feeling more refreshed, relaxed and ready to take on the day. I've also noticed that my overall aches and pains are greatly reduced. Kim's studio is in a great location with convenient parking. She has a welcoming, calming space which is exceptionally clean with soothing music and a comfortable heated table. There is also a fireplace in her studio which provides warmth and an added relaxing effect. I have found Kim to be very knowledgeable in her field. She is friendly, intuitive, she listens to my concerns, and never has me feeling rushed. She is easy to get in touch with and responds promptly to messages. I would highly recommend Kim to anyone who is looking for a massage therapist. I've also gone to Kim for Yin Yoga and Reflexology and would highly recommend her for those therapies, as well.

I am very active and compete in a lot of local marathons and triathlon races, so I frequently require massages to stay in top condition and to prevent injury. In my 8+ years of training I have not found another massage therapist more knowledgeable or experienced as Kim. Her massages are excellent and are tailored to exactly what I need at the time. No need to look any further, and Kim prices are very reasonable for the quality of work and service that she provides.

From my own experience, I tried anti-inflammatory meds and muscle relaxants for a chronic neck issue which was not helpful after several months. I did my own practice of yoga and acupuncture which provided some relief but not complete resolution as well. I sought Kim's expertise, and she was able to determine the issue with my neck pain after a thorough assessment. She also noted issues in other areas that could be also contributing to my problem. We also discussed other modalities like stretches and use of better neck support. She worked carefully but thoroughly to release the issues contributing to my neck pain. A few days after our 60 min session I was finally pain free and could finally sleep at night and wake up in the morning without the pain that was affecting me for months. I would strongly recommend Kim to others including my own patients. As a physician I believe in a multidisciplinary approach to treating joint and soft tissue injury/pain and believe that Kim's expertise can be helpful to many others.

Kim is professional, kind and welcoming to her business. She is extremely attentive to her clients and I definitely appreciate that when caring for my body month to month. To be a good massage therapist you need empathy toward people's aches and pains as well as diagnostic skill to be effective and Kim certainly has both.
