My first time here. I purchased the spring package. I wasn't impressed. As I was receiving services they are trying to get you to purchase more quite frequently throughout the treatments. After the face mask was applied, she left the room for at least 15 minutes without letting me know what was going on. I could hear her socializing outside the room. I also heard noises as if they were on a lunch break. After she cane back into the room to complete my service. She continued to try and sell me other services. The so called reflexology performed was not to impressive. It has been 2 days since and I have had a pain in the back of my calf starting the day after this service. Upon leaving I smelled food smells which confirms what I could hear earlier. For the price paid.. I didn't leave feeling relaxed. Very disappointed...

Absolutely amazing! I’ve booked their packages before as gifts for other but never got to experience one. Today I got the “fall package” with Farrah and was blown away. First off, the location is stunning. Front desk so kind, then learned it’s a family business and they live there! I couldn’t have been more pleased with my relaxing day! What a treat! 10/10 will be back & can’t wait! Also their cat is just adorable!

Took advantage of the spring package for immunity. Extremely uplifting experience mentally and physically, highly recommend Cooper spa. ❣️ I will be a returning customer! All staff made you feel special, pampered and so considerate. Makes you realize you really need to take a small amount of time for yourself ❣️ and that there are still wonderful people in this world. 😀

I have been going to Cooper Spa for 2 years now. I have always felt so welcomed, so cared for and the service has always been 10/10! I have had services by both Farrah and Cleide. Such a professional business that takes high priority in how they care for their clients. I highly recommend Cooper Spa!!

Everything about this place is professional clean an affordable in my opinion. They are very professional when they talk to you when they check you in all the way back to the waxing or whatever it is that you get when you go there. My waxings have always been done to perfection and I love going there I would not choose a different place. Farah is the best

I took my daughter here today for us to receive body wraps. It was an amazing experience one which we will repeat. The staff is courteous, friendly and discreet. Plus I feel you definitely get what you pay for and then some. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a spa experience.

My first massage here but definitely not my last. My daughter treated me and the service was exceptional and one of the best Swedish massages I've ever had. Friendly staff and very lovely place.

The last massage I had was 3 weeks ago at the Waldorf Astoria in Chicago while on a business trip. The experience was exceptional, as to be expected, so I was very surprised when the massage I received at Cooper Spa was even better than the one from the Waldorf Spa. I have been local to the area for just over 2 years, having moved from Manhattan. I highly doubted the local spa would be worth the time or money, but today I got to eat my own words. The best massage I've ever had is now from the man at Cooper Spa, the Brazilian massage in particular. So if you have any doubts, don't. Trust that this little spa is a Gem out here in the country of central Pennsylvania.

This is a hidden gem! Beautiful atmosphere, tranquil, clean. I had multiple services and was made to feel relaxed and pampered with each service. Definitely recommend!!

Cooper Spa is the place to go! The staff is friendly and premises are extremely clean. I mainly get facials but have had other treatments done and have always had a great experience. I’ve recommended friends and family and will continue the recommendations.

The wax technician was super friendly to my friend and i who came in for our first brazilian waxes over the summer. She made sure we were comfortable and talked to us the whole time which made the experience a lot better. Our waxes were done really well, my friend and i were both extremely pleased. Everyone in there is so nice!

I wish I could say I had a better experience, my first time here was so good. I had a wax done by Cleide and she was very professional and good at distracting me while doing the wax. I had a very good experience with her, and hoped to have her again the next time I went back. I called to make an appointment, and asked to have Cleide again, and was scheduled. All the notifications I received (email, text) said my appointment was going to be with Cleide so I didn't think anything was wrong. I get to my appointment and someone else is to do my wax. I thought, "my first experience was good, this time should still be good even though it's not who I wanted." Unfortunately I was wrong. I don't even know the name of the person who did my wax this time, and I wish I did because she really wasn't good. She spent my entire appointment listening to a video on her phone (air pods in) and fully paying attention to what she was doing. She kept stating "you've had this done before" as if her ripping hair out of my body was an easy process on your body. It's not. This was only my second wax on this area of my body. She left parts of my skin so red and raw that I couldn't even tolerate fabric rubbing up against it. Honestly, this was the most uncomfortable and painful experience I've ever had at a spa. I spent my entire drive home (which is 30 minutes) crying because of this. To top things off, they couldn't take my coupon because "waxing isn't a body treatment". Hair is being treated to be ripped out of my body, how is that not a body treatment? Maybe your coupons should be more clear about what they do and don't include, I'm no spa/beauty expert and I shouldn't be expected to be one. Needless to say I will not be going back, and that's a shame since someone really good does work there. But since you won't be notified if the person you requested can't provide the service you've been scheduled for, I can't say it's worth it to go back again.

My wife won two gift certificate at an even to benefit a child with cancer. She set up an appointment from the brochure inside. AFTER her prenatal massage and facial she tried to use both of her gift certificates (since there w as an expiration date on the gift card and we live in Lancaster) since the gift certificate was only good for a month. My wife did two procedures that would be covered by the gift certificates. When she gave Jody (the woman at the front desk) she said that only on gift certificate can be used at one time (which it doesn't say on the brochure) and they only accept cash (which is also not on the brochure). Jody was extremely rude to my wife and she asked to speak with the owner. The owner called and said that Jody "is like that and rough". WHY IN THE WORLD would you have someone like that at your front desk?!? She also advised that only one gift certificate can be used because she "has to pay her girls since its a 'small business'". I get that you have bills to pay... but if you have those rules... put them in your brochure and hire nice people to greet people at your front desk. If I lived in Lebanon... I'd pay the extra money to make my wife feel treated properly in Hershey, Lancaster or Harrisburg rather than go back to Cooper Spa.
