Had such a great Reiki experience with Christy that I decide to try reflexology and it has been a game changer for me! I'm a huge fan of natural health. A friend referred me to Christy at Envision Awaken a few years ago. I get so much benefit with full body reflexology. You can also incorporate it with Reike. It's been over two years since I first started Reflexology with Christy, and because she is so warm, genuine and gifted, I have gone regularly ever since. She is excellent at aligning whole body treatments, oils and crystals to use depending on my current issues, and even identifies trouble spots I had forgotten to mention! I had my first reflexology visit with Christy this week for my feet. I have plantar fasciitis and have been wanting to try this. I am 2 days after my visit and my pain has improved. I have another appointment next week and am looking forward to continued healing. I also have used essential oils to help with pain and inflammation with positive results.
