I have been coming to Floris for almost a year now for gel manicures and I have loved every manicure I’be gotten. I love all the nail techs, I don’t have a specific person I go to, I just take whoever because they all do a great job! It’s such a relaxing environment, no loud sounds and if you need to take a phone call, you have to step aside / outside, which I really like because a nail salon is suppose to be a place to relax, not here everyone’s conversations, if you’re in need for a good gel manicure, come here!!

I love this salon! I have gotten pedicures in many states and my feet sincerely are the softest they’ve been in my entire life after coming here! It’s relaxing inside, very clean, all of the staff are lovely, and the process is very efficient and gentle!

I have been coming here for the last few years and I really like it. My favorite part about this nail salon is they only do natural nail manicure and pedicures, which means no nasty smells. The polish colors are nicely laid out so it’s easy to pick a color. I wish they did gel polish for pedicures but they only do for manicures. I like they take appointments, which means no waiting! I highly recommend technicians Jessica and Isabella, they always do a great job! Don’t forgot to sign up for their rewards program.

I'm a regular here and usually happy with the manicures, but was disappointed with the quality today. For a regular manicure (without nail color), Maria quickly and roughly cut/filed my nails and said I was good to go. The operators usually file them to a shape of my liking (e.g., square or round), allow the nails to soak to then trim dead/broken skin along the cuticles, and then treat it with cuticle oil/cream followed by a hot towel rest+massage. None of this was done and I was finished in 4-5 minutes. I requested for a massage which she did for a minute or 2, and I was in and out in 6-7 minutes (including time to get seated and make my payment). It was a waste of money and more importantly, there was no proper nail/hand care. I called the front desk later on to share this feedback, and appreciate the lady who indicated that they will make sure to do a better job next time. *Update: I went in today and requested for Jack, who did a meticulous job as usual (manicure). I had a good experience and it was likely that the technician I had the last time was a one-off experience. The lady at the front desk was kind and gave me a voucher for a regular manicure to use for my next visit. I definitely appreciate the fact that they took my feedback into consideration. Thank you to the team at Floris for a positive experience.

I had the worst experience with the nail technician, Stephanie. I’ll go back, but I won’t be requesting her again. She finished my manicure in just 10 minutes. She didn’t even remove the dead skin properly or apply the nail color neatly. It felt like she was in a rush to take the next customer. Recently, the prices have increased, so I would at least expect proper service for the amount I paid.

I went here for an eyebrow waxing in June 2021. The shape of my brows were fine. However, the tech who waxed my eyebrows left me with scars beneath my eyebrows after ripping off a layer of skin. Attached are pictures of the damage done. Because of this when a different technician from a new store did my eyebrows the skin was so brittle it ripped off again. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to get my eyebrows waxed again because of this.

The place was very nice the service was okay two Spanish ladies worked on our nails but I can't spend that much money on regular nail polish I would if it was gel for feet and hands

It was so ridiculous going all the way to Floris to make an appointment with technician Diana. The owner of the place made the appointment for me, only for them to not see me when I arrived because they gave priority to someone else who had supposedly scheduled an appointment days earlier for the same time slot as me. It was so annoying. They made me go and make an appointment, only to come back and not be seen. It's incredibly disrespectful. That place isn't worth it.

The first pedicure I had here resulted in a bleeding cut toe and an abraded heel that was so sore I could not wear my shoes for 2 days. Stupidly I returned to try another technician and this time went home with an ingrown toenail. They are overly rough and don't even look up if you yelp or are bleeding. Have fun!

Awful pedicure. First, they don’t do gel pedicures. Unusual these days, but okay, we were fine with traditional pedicures. Kim could not have been less interested in providing me with even adequate service. My $30 pedicure took less than 20 minutes. She set a timer for the “massage” portion of the service, but then proceeded to answer the phone and move around the salon providing instruction to staff/other customers. There were several staff members standing around with no customers, but instead my service was repeatedly interrupted. Still took less than 20 minutes. My polish is too thick and has noticeable lines in it, but I was too annoyed to even ask for it to be fixed. Kim began cleaning up immediately after she painted my nails and literally pulled the towel out from under my feet. She didn’t even have the courtesy to ask me to raise my feet or move to another chair. Floris advertises itself as serene and pampering, but I could have gotten better service at any strip-mall nail place.
