Super cute salon. Friendly staff. Prices reasonable. Stylist was quick but unfortunately my hair is uneven. There is at least an inch difference in length. Both front and back layers are uneven. I rather my one side not be an inch longer than the other. Now I need to pay someone else to fix this.

I went to Flutter for the first time today. I was first excited to find one place for hair, skin, nails, and massages! On top of that, they have very reasonable prices. It was just another perk when I walked in, and every employee was so kind, fun, and did a great job. Missy and Rachel took so much time and care with my nails, reshaping them and giving them the TLC they needed. And they did it all while making me laugh and chatting away with the girls in the nail room. It was such a fun and positive experience. Then I went upstairs and had a massage by Jackie, who was WONDERFUL. Jackie offered me tea and snacks in their spa room, which I will be taking advantage of next time I'm there. Furthermore, she took so much time helping with my muscle tension and pain relief. She employed various techniques to help me feel significantly better, and had me laughing and chatting away once again. I normally hate to talk during services. But all three of these women made me want to put down my phone and engage in fun and funny conversation. I feel so well taken care of. I cannot thank you all enough.

Flutter did an incredible job keeping my nails looking perfect throughout all of my wedding events — from my bachelorette party to bridal showers and the wedding day itself. The team was so helpful in explaining different nail options and walking me through what styles were possible. They took the time to help me find a look that felt like me while still being special for the wedding. Every appointment felt relaxed and thoughtful, and I always left with nails I absolutely loved. I’m so grateful they helped me feel put together for every celebration leading up to the big day!

We came here for a couple’s massage on Valentines day. Extremely friendly staff and great amenities. They do go out of their way to make sure guests have a great experience. My only complaint would be that we booked 2 Swedish massages and they up charged one to a deep tissue without us asking to do so and im not even sure we got a deep tissue. On the intake form we both selected Swedish and selected hard/deep. When we checked out they claimed we asked to upgrade the massage which was not true and charged us more.

There are not enough stars to accurately depict how I feel about Flutter. I've known Janice for years and fully endorse that she is a literal goddess and absolute sugaring master: She is an incredibly talented and knowledgeable technician. Most people would probably agree that hair removal is a less than fun experience but I genuinely look forward to every time I get to see this sunbeam of a woman. Every appointment I've had with her has been super comfortable, painless and fun (yes, I said fun. That's how amazing she is). There are not enough positive words to express how highly I recommend her!

Great appointment. Booked a silent appointment which was nice. They said nails will last three weeks. I'm on day #10 and a chunk came out. I noticed a chip on a different finger on day #7. Overall I'm impressed.

Morgan is the best for brow lamination and tints and also spray tans! Best place to go in the area and you’ll always love the results.

I was nervous to try a new salon but my friend recommended Flutter to me and she has amazing hair so I just said why not! I got beautiful layers & curtain bangs done by Amy here and could not be happier. The hair wash is also very pleasant and everyone was super friendly! Amy even told me about the products/technique she was using so I could style the cut right. She was so sweet and so patient for putting up with all my dumb questions lol.

Had Kat for my massage, she is amazing! Super sweet and knowledgeable. She is the first massage therapist who didn’t just “dig” in to work my muscles that often would leave me gritting my teeth during the session. She used multiple techniques and for the first time after a massage I felt relaxed and actually energized. Highly recommend, the spa is cozy and comfy! Will be back! ♥️

This is my second time coming to Flutter for a massage and both times with Jackie. She is absolutely incredible. It’s as if she can read your body and where you need the most attention. In addition to being amazing at what she does, she is also kind, caring and creates a beautiful atmosphere to let all of the outside worries disappear while you are with her. Very grateful for Jackie!
