This place should be called. "Healing COLD Hands" I came here because I had a spa Finder gift card for my birthday. I arrived at 10:58 for my 11am appointment and was told to fill out paperwork. I questioned if this would cut into my massage time and she said " you were supposed to fill this out before coming" which I had no idea about. Anyway needless to say we started at 11:09. (Took a picture of the clock.) and ended at 12:01. Don't tell me that this was hour massage. But the worst part about everything was when she put cold lotion on my back with ice cold hands. If you have the audacity to charge $110 for an hour massage and not even being an hour, you should at least invest in a lotion warming machine . Shame on you.

I have been going to healing hands sporadically for years. However, I lucky enough to find Mary Z about a year and a half ago, and I now see her on a much more regular basis (monthly). She really understands the human body and I feel noticeable changes mentally and physically since I first started going; over time and immediately after she works on me. Mary is fun to chat with and always makes me feel super comfortable. I would recommend Mary Z to any family member or friend. Thanks Mary, you are a gift to my spirt, mind, and body.

This is one of those reviews I hesitated to put up for fear of finding myself competing with other people for my regular time for my appointments with my masseuse here. I really can't say enough good things about this place. I'd gone to the location they have in Downingtown and it can't even kind of compare to this one. The environment at this location is just so much more relaxing and well decorated. The people who work here also seem much more chill and personable. Azira is without compare. I love her. She's not only friendly as can be but happily tailors to whatever I happen to want or need during my visits. Went VIP and never looked back. It's more expensive than you'll find other places charging, but that ol' saying about you get what you pay for holds as true here as possible. Love this place.

Very relaxing atmosphere, friendly and attentive therapists. Particularly enjoyed pregnancy massages! I have given gift cards to friends and family, and their experiences have been just as positive.

Matt gave an amazing massage and the atmosphere of the massage room was very relaxing. This was the high point of my Mother's Day! I'm going to treat myself to a monthly membership for my birthday!

Since re-opening, they can't keep their scheduling and payment systems online and have cancelled multiple appointments without any notice. Imagine showing up excited for your massage only to find out they cancelled and didn't tell you! and to make matters worse, the owner refuses to apologize or do anything about it. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!
