I wish there were a way to leave zero stars... I recieved a gift card for Christmas and when trying to book an appointment, this business was so wishy washy and took days to get back to me with a time after I said I would prefer a female massage therapist. We scheduled an appointment and then a few days later was told we would need to reschedule due to the massage therapist having the flu. No big deal. Rescheduled for today at 3:15. I showed up around 3pm to a business with no lights on and it was dead quiet. Kinda odd, but I waited there until 3:30. I called the number i have and after a few minutes recieved a call back saying the massage therapist "no-showed" my appointment. I waited there for almost 30 minutes for LITERALLY nothing. While the owner met me at the business and refunded my gift card, there is nothing more disrespectful to me than wasting my time. He assured me that this has never happened before but that doesn't really make the fact that the was supposed to be a nice present and a relaxing day go from that to pure irritation really fast.
There are way too many great massage therapist in Somerset to run your business this way. 10/10 do not recommend.
