This was my first time here and I will most definitely return again! The staff are very friendly and you are greeted right when you walk in. I chose a spa pedicure and it is certainly worth every penny! Other places complete the pedicure in about 20 minutes whereas this one lasted the full 45 minutes. And don't forget the hot stones! $50 well spent!

I have short nails and had to literally get loud with the tech bc she kept insisting on extensions. She finally said okay, I sat down and she got out her extensions anyway and tried to just do it. I don’t care what the employees like, I am paying and want my nails done the way I want them done. No respect for customers and their wishes. Then she finally did the dip I wanted but instead of doing color dip she did clear dip and painted over top of them. The paint was chipping within 2 days. Never again going back

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lovely Hair and Nails and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. Rachany, the nail tech who attended to me during my first visit, did an amazing job. I loved how my gel manicure came out. During my latest appointment, I had the pleasure of being attended to by Julie. She was excellent. Julie took the time to understand my needs and provided me with a beautiful and flawless gel manicure and gel pedicure. I highly recommend Lovely Hair and Nails to anyone looking for professional and top-notch salon services. The staff is talented, attentive, and truly dedicated to providing a great experience for their customers.

Honestly, horribly disappointed after seeing all their positive reviews. Not sure if I got the one bad technician in the place, but I have never had a manicure this bad. To start, she clipped down my natural nails and left the jagged as she glued down the tips. After dremeling the surface of my nails, she left all the crumbs there and continued the process. She used wayyyy too much glue all over my entire nail and glued each of my fingers to my nail. As she used the gel nail hardener, she used a tiny brush in jagged strokes to leave a sloppy end result, instead of doing a smooth bead with a long brush. All the crumbs from filing and drilling my nails down got in the nail hardener. She then proceeded to file my nail down with the dremel to file them down and left them horribly bumpy. Some spots she completely missed with the hardener and other spots she didn’t even file down. I originally asked for ombré, which after some attempts with a makeup sponge and nail polish (which I coulda done at home myself) I told her her to just do white nails. When I said what she did with the makeup sponge didn’t look anything like what I wanted, I suggested all white. She suggested French tip and proceeded with French tips. Each are crooked and horribly uneven. The nail itself is extremely bumpy, the gel is bubbly and their is gel polish on my finger. Even the shape of my nails is not consistent to one another. I would not recommend that tech to anyone. She was nice but shouldn’t be doing nails if this is her quality of work. ***UPDATE*** I went back and talked to the owner, Tammy worked to fix them and they are gorgeous! She carefully went back to fix the hardening gel and redid the gel polish to make what I originally wanted. Thank you so much!! I would highly recommend Tammy! **updated pictures at the end**

Took me as a walk-in. I got a pedicure and an acrylic fill. Rosa was friendly and great. Place is welcoming.

I was happy with the gel mani/regular pedi! The only thing I was confused about was the price. When I booked my spot online it said $60 but I was charged $65. Didn’t realize it until after I had left. Other than that, it was great!

Hole prosses was ruff he filed vary hard on my nails he cut me twice on both my thums and after I got a red puff rash on my finger that hot to the touch he didn't follow the nail design thar I asked for.

I went for a refill and there’s not much to say I think the photos explain it all but absolutely horrible it looks like my 3 year old did them. Sad and disappointed went in for a refill cause I wanted to try a new place and I wanted French tip but it came out horrendous. Don’t suggest getting nails done here.

Julie does my nails and gets them perfect every single time. All of the ladies here are amazing and very nice! 10/10 would recommend. She’s great with designs as well!

2 stars is a little generous for my experience, but I always like to keep a mindset that maybe they had an off day. I went in today to get One hand of Acrylic nails removed. I called yesterday for pricing, and the woman on the phone said $5 since it’s only one hand. Sounded like a great price, so I went today and sat down with one of the women. Immediately as she started, the first two fingers she started drilling, she cut me DEEP on my cuticles. My middle finger wouldn’t stop gushing blood the entire time and I had tears in my eyes (I’ve got a pretty high pain tolerance). As the service went on, she ended up drilling the base of my natural pinky and my pointer nail way too deep to the point that they burned like crazy when washing my hands before I left. She also almost cut the underside of the tip of my pinky off when cutting my nails, just grabbed a whole chunk of skin! but thankfully I pulled back when I felt the nail clippers cut into my skin. Also, and unfortunately I didn’t get a photo before I removed it, but there was leftover nail residue hanging off my fingernails when I was sent out the door, and there is still a decently thick layer of acrylic on my nails… I’m not sure what their practice is when it comes to Acrylic Removal, but I would’ve liked to know that Paying for an Acrylic Removal meant that I would still have Acrylic on my nails when I left. The corners of my nails are sharp as hell because she didn’t do much filing after she clipped them, but that’s whatever, easy fix on my side. After this entire service that was excruciatingly painful and uncomfortable, i ended up paying the full $15 (price for two hands) instead of the $5 I was promised yesterday over the phone. And I still had the decency to tip her. Like I said in the beginning of my review, maybe she was having a REALLY bad day and I’m the unlucky soul that got her hand butchered right before our second engagement photoshoot (that now have to be delayed because I have a giant scab on my ring finger 😅). But as someone who has my license and has worked in this service, I would NEVER let my client walk out my doors looking like this while also charging them full price for the worst job of acrylic removal I’ve ever seen. I’ll post photos of my left hand (the hand that was done at the salon, I’m left handed lol) and my right hand (the hand I did myself yesterday at home with nothing but a shitty file and acetone). I’m mostly unhappy that I was able to do a better job myself with the limited supplies I have. I should’ve just done it myself, and I’m mostly mad at myself that I wasted $15 just for me to go home and do it myself anyway.
