I had a very disappointing experience. I checked in for my appointment and waited 15 minutes past the start time with no communication. When I went to the front desk, I was asked how everything was going, and I explained that I was still waiting for my massage therapist. The staff member then checked the computer and realized the therapist had not even arrived—yet I had already been checked in. They admitted they weren’t sure what to do and attempted to call both the therapist and the manager, but received no response from either. The front desk took my contact information and said a manager would call me. I was never contacted. After wasting over 30 minutes of my time, I left without receiving my service. Poor communication, poor management, and no follow‑up. I expected better and will not be returning.

If you are looking for a massage as more of a physical therapy type exercise over a relaxation type thing, you have to see Michael. I've probably had over 100+ massages over the past 15 years and I always tell them the area I really need focus on and that I'd like firm pressure. I've only ever had one masseuse do it how I asked until I just had this massage with Michael last night. This man knows muscles and how they interconnect. He had firm pressure but not so firm that I felt any pain. I was very impressed, and 100% will go to him again. My upper back is completely released from all the stress I've been carrying for the past few months. I'm grateful to him!!! On another unrelated note to him, I would ask this location to change up their relaxation room. It should be darker and more cozy, similar to other ME locations. It's a small room but could be greatly improved with a little ambiance.

Called and ordered a gift card for this location as a birthday gift. They were running a holiday promotion and said they can mail it to me in Philly. I said I needed it in time for a birthday gift 2 weeks later and they said it was no problem at all. They were very nice and helpful. Well, here we are, two weeks later - no gift card. I called twice and they said they sent it via UPS but there was no tracking. Called me back and said that UPS told them it would take 2-4 weeks because of the holiday but they would have no way of knowing that and they never mail gift cards so this is all new to them - which is why I'm baffled that the woman sold it to me over the phone with an offer to mail it to me?? Everything about this gift card over the past two weeks has been stressful and wonky and honestly - I think they just forgot to mail it. Disputing with my credit card company and now rushing to buy a birthday gift for today that I thought was handled two weeks ago. Not a very tight ship over at ME in Wayne, PA.

After my December appointment was cancelled same day, (the 6th time in 6 months), this morning I arrived to a locked establishment with my therapist also locked outside. Zero faith in this location.

Rosemary is truly fantastic at the Massage Envy Wayne location!! She is courteous, knowledgeable, and a wonderful massage therapist! I book with her each time and it never disappoints! I will continue to come back each time for one of her incredible massages!

Bless was amazing, the best massage I’ve ever had! My body aches from the job I do, and I spent the rest of my day feeling like a million bucks. Christine and the staff were very welcoming and attentive to my needs for the session. The experience was so great that we are highly considering the membership, which is extremely reasonable in pricing and quite a value given the quality of the spa. I’m sending my wife to get a massage with Bless ASAP. Thanks so much!

I received a fantastic massage by Michael on 1/30. It was the first time I'd been to this location so I was a little tentative about the level of expertise. Michael provided an outstanding therapeutic massage. The gals at the front desk are friendly and professional. I even got a follow-up message to help me transfer my membership to this location. What a great welcome to Pennsylvania. Thank you so much, Michael, Melissa, and front desk staff.

I had a Mother’s Day massage after not having one the entire year during peak COVID season and boy was it AMAZING. Joel was able to work out all the tension my body had built up. Joel was EXTREMELY pleasant and attentive to all my needs and ensured everything was to my liking. The front desk receptionist was very informative about my services and my membership as well as very pleasant and professional with everyone in the waiting area. Efficiently multitasking people checking out as well as people checking in. Great location! I highly recommend!
