I got a plain white gel polish on my toes, she charged me 15 extra because I got gel and 5 extra to remove my old polish. Never going here again I got charged 50 dollars for plain white gel, she also dropped her clippers on the floor and kept using them on my feet after they were just on the floor. (Edit) not even an hour later the gel on one of my nails peeled off on its own!!!

I wish I had a better experience, but unfortunately this visit felt very rushed and the quality reflected that. I received a fill and a pedicure, and the entire appointment took less than 55 minutes. My feet were not allowed to soak during the pedicure at all, which is usually a basic part of the service. Several toenails were missed, and I actually had to trim my own pinky toenails when I got home. Once I got home and looked more closely, I also noticed my nail fill wasn’t filed evenly and the gel polish was not applied smoothly. The finish isn’t shiny like gel normally is and looks incomplete in a few spots. For the price of these services, I expected more attention to detail and a more thorough experience. I didn’t notice everything until I was home, but I left feeling like the appointment was rushed just to get to the next client.

I went to natural nails with my friends for her birthday and they overcharge us extremely and when we went back to talk to them about it, they completely lied to us and we got overcharged by $50 for no reason and we pay it in three separate checks and each of us got overcharged The service was awful and they were extremely rude and gave us attitude when we were all but nice to them we gave generous tips and still got overcharged. We are never going here again.!!!!!!! My toes are messy and not lined up! Not what I asked for at all!!!! She was rude and gave attitude when we questioned our bill She charged +20 for gel When we didn’t even say we wanted in jail, she just gave it to us and charged extra when the board clearly said $30 for a pedicure and we got charged 50 Why are they still in Business? If the board is wrong, take it down and update it. It’s clearly a Chalkboard It’s not that hard to update your prices if they changed?! Also, why don’t they clean their appliances like hello they just did my feet and then they threw it right back in the cart to not be cleaned?!? She dropped the tools she was using for my ties on the floor and then she picked them up and used them right after and didn’t even clean them off if I get an infection I’m suing?!??? Never coming back!

I had a really disappointing experience here. I paid $50 expecting a full pedicure, but all I received was a basic toenail paint job. There was no proper foot care—no scrubbing or attention to detail—which is a standard part of a pedicure. Unfortunately, this was not worth the price, and I won’t be returning. I would not recommend this place to others.

Been going here for 4 yrs and i have no complaints love the way karoline does my nails. They last me for a whole month no lift or polish peeling.

Heidi always does a great job for me!! She makes sure they're very durable for my job...never broke a nail!😅 And her little designs are so cute🤗

I went in there got a pink and white. They told me they use gel for that now so she lied to me. She also charged my daughter $50 each for a pedicure that was just a plain pedicure. Nothing fancy my sister called in because she did not believe me, and when she called in and asked him how much a pedicure would cost she said $35 they ripped me off money I will never ever go back to this place ever again they do what they want and they charge whatever they want be aware

The lady who did my nails rushed to get the job done so in turn my nails came out all wonky and some of them are crooked. When I asked her to fix this she said "No just put your nails in the lamp." For two people they charged $150. I will not be returning due to poor service and uncleanliness. The lady refused to change her gloves after I asked her twice.

I went here before for easy Valentine’s Day nails. I asked for all red nails with a white heart on the ring finger and the lady that did my nails did nothing what I asked her for!! She did all white nails and on the ring finger she did a heart with lips and xoxo. I’m a very shy person so I didn’t ask for her to redo them so I left and I am disappointed and never going back!!! The place is also very very dirty and expensive!!
