My wife and I love this place very friendly decent rates and even better massages. Can't wait to go back thanks Anna, Candy and Tatiana. These ladies use their forearms and elbows like rolling pins. My wife loves the head massage see you guys soon.

If I could give it a zero, I would. I’ve been going here for years. Apparently there’s new management. It is terrible. I went in for a massage and they kept looking at the clock practically waiting for the time to run out. The massage was so bad. The “massage therapist” was on their phone or walking away (literally out of the room) to talk to their manager half of the time. When I asked for a little extra time because of how much time they were literally not in the room, they asked me to pay for a full additional hour. DO NOT COME HERE.

I made an appointment, On my way to my appointment, she called, pushed me back an hour, When I arrive for my appointment midway through my massage someone else walked in. Apparently they paid more because she came in and told me that she could only do my massage for half hour, sorry. Sorry??? I paid for a full hour. I got twenty minutes,.she asked to keep the change for a tip... Holding it back towards her chest so I would not take it back. The new cindy is definitely not the old Cindy.😡

The place was awkward upon entering. I was greeted by not so friendly staff glancing at the clock when I requested a massage. I was ushered to a dark room then asked for money. I had a gift certificate but they said it expired 3 months after it was given and it wasnt indicated anywhere on the certificate. The therapist laughed at me when I commented the pressure was too much on one spot. Several times the therapist left the room and left the door wide open and i was uncovered! After the massage ended (in not quite an hour) I went to tip (20%mind you) and the therapist bullied me into feeling bad and giving more. The massage itself was different from what I am used to and I felt good at the end. But still giving 1 star for the terrible customer service. I wont be returning and Id rather spend twice as much $ for pleasant and comfortable customer service without being bullied and stolen from. Warning dont buy gift certificates from them!

The worst massage I’ve ever had left in more pain than when I went. There was no warm blanket or towel to be under, so I was freezing the entire time. The employee left the room three times with the door wide open, I didn’t feel very safe. Her phone dinged three times during the massage. She made a comment about my body which I thought was very unprofessional and inappropriate. I would rather spend more money on a massage that I could relax i. and feel comfortable at.

Amazing massage!!! Aches and back pain- good bye- thanks to NCS massage therapist I'm getting back on track . . . I'm very happy with their quality service!! Highly recommend!! Edit 01/10/22 . . . Place has gone downhill. No more timers being used and I'm being ushered out/rushed out the door before my hour is up. Time to rotate the girls again or I'm done returning. Hence why I rarely come anymore. So idk I don't recommend. Used to be great look at that original review.

Great massage, I need deep tissue massage for a chronic shoulder issue...and the help is very professional and does a great job. Highly would recommend it. Great service and massage technique and great price! I recommend a 90 minute session
