Very low crowds even during peak hours in my experience. This gym recently expanded and added a weights section. That adds a much needed variety to the machines and equipment they offer. My only complaint is the hours at this location. It'd be nice if they were able to do 24/7

Nichole is one of 3 employees that actually care about the place. She is always the sweetest human being and has great customer service skills. She is not anything like those few bad reviews. Those reviews are from people that 1 didn’t follow rules at all and got upset when POLITELY talked to and like to use the she’s “ racist” card when she is definitely not. She goes well above and beyond for the business, customers and her employees even when they have all been treating her like crap. Without her the place would fall apart. She can be having the worst day going on in her personal life but can always manage to keep a smile on her face and treats everyone with kindness and respect.

It is not my regular Gym I was in the area and wanted to work out. What I did see on my visit was well maintained gym equipment, clean locker room and bathroom facilities. I do like the vending machine idea first time I seen that, it was fully stocked with everything from ear buds protein shakes and drinks plus more. 🏋️‍♂️💪 #GymGoals #WorkoutLife #HealthyLiving

I wanted to join a gym and go in the morning before work. Planet Fitness in Lebanon is 10 minutes away. I walked in expecting to be showed around, not even a tour but someone to say have a look around and I'm here to answer your questions. Instead the girl behind the counter ducked when she saw me. I walked up to the counter and was greeted with how can I help you. I told her I was thinking about signing up for a membership and she told me to go on line and sign up. I said I never have been to a gym before and would like to talk to someone about how to start and what they would recommend as well as showing me how to use the equipment. She told me they have no trainers and they will give me exercises to do online. I left feeling defeated. My niece told me that Ephrata PF is very friendly and will help me. I will try that one maybe. The Lebanon Planet Fitness does not even deserve 1 star. Do not recommend.

If you have a planet fitness membership I advise you to cancel it. There’s one employee there and she seems to hate her life for some reason and always has an aggressive tone and attitude with customers. Her name is Nicole and this isn’t the first time I’ve had a nasty encounter with her. She doesn’t know how to speak respectfully to people at all and doesn’t know how to handle customers at all. She should be put in the back somewhere away from people because she can’t do customer service at all. It’s disgusting to think you have one job and that’s to be friendly and helpful when you’re in customer service but she doesn’t have any of those qualities. I’ve heard and seen first hand from other customers how she treats them and talks to them. At this point a phone call to corporate will be made because there’s no reason for her to be treating anyone like that. Nicole if you can’t put on a fake smile and at least pretend that you like your job find a new one instead of acting like you’re the queen and you run the gym. I’m embarrassed for whoever hired her because she’s a foul human being and needs to learn manners or take a course for customer service because she’s has no qualifications for it and it shows. So since the problem doesn’t seem to be getting resolved I will have to call and do something about it because it’s not the first time this has happened with this employee and I have a feeling it won’t be the last. It makes me not want to walk in there whenever I see her because it’ll always turn into a bad day when she’s around in the front.

This location is in a great spot but this place needs to be 24hrs with life and working the best time I have to workout is at night and the next closest open gym is 35 minutes away. Even during the week this location would do much much better even as 24/5 during the week with how many people do come during the day otherwise good gym

Gym it's self is great but staff is not at desk alot of the time for tanning, message chair ,etc. Also it needs to open 24 hours for everyone who works odd hours.Im a member now but probably won't renew if about issues are not addressed.

Unfortunately after 5 years of membership i just opted out and cancel due to a very bad customer service from the manager. I was happy until today because the will charge me late fee for the first time in 5 years paying ontime and because of my card issue due to travel can make my payment and the manager just opted to cancel the membership instead of find the way to keep the client, she never was able to help with the situation. After elbow surgery i spend almost a year in recovery and still paying religiously my membership and look what happened just because of very bad customer service. A some point feel discrimination or races from the management due to Hispanic race, i general manager never was able to help.

I’ve been a long time member of this particular Planet Fitness and have always had a good experience until a couple of weeks ago. They added some new cardio machines and squat racks but they took away a whole line of weight machines so now you constantly have to wait for machines in order to workout even at non-peak times. This has greatly increased the time I have to be in the gym to get my normal workout in. There is plenty of room to bring these machines back. I hope you will listen to the feedback of your members in provide for our needs!

Nicole is super rude and lacks people skills. This is the second time ive had a problem asking her for help. I dont understand how shes even still employed there. I asked for simple help with billing and instead of helping she decided to be rude and disrespectful. All the other dudes tbat work there there cool but Nicole needs to be fired. I will be cancljng my membership because of her rude and disgusting attitude towards paying members
