From the moment I walked into this spa I was welcomed with a smile by Rick. My massage was amazing, Rick was respectful and skilled in his profession. I would recommend this spa to anyone looking for a massage!

I've had trouble with my back for about 10 years. I've had a a handful of injections. I've been seeing Jeb for well over a year but due to other health issues it's been quite a few months since I've been there. Recently, my back was in SO much pain I could barely walk. Most likely stress played a huge part. I made an appt with my Chiropractor first which didn't help at all. The spasms actually got worse. I reached out to Jeb who got me in within 2 days. I had a light/medium massage focusing just on that area. I could barely turn over from my stomach to my back on the table. It was a nightmare. I was just a bit sore afterwards but the pain lessened and most of all, the spasms stopped!! Work became tolerable. I'm now focused on more frequent appts again. I'm a huge believer massages are not only for relaxation but for major pain also. Very comfortable & quiet setting. Thank you for helping me go into 2026 feeling so much better. 10/10 Jeb!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! Jeb was wonderful. He was kind and had good vibes, pressure was perfect- he worked on my hips and I swear this was the best massage I've ever had! the music was good, the table was warm, I'll definitely be going back!

My 1st appointment here and I had Jeb, an he was nice & professional! Not too much pressure but yet not too light! I left feeling relaxed and refreshed! The establishment is a cute little attachment to I assume the owners house. Easy to find and easy access. It’s simple inside cozy and comfortable. I definitely enjoyed my massage I even booked my husband with Jeb and rebooked my next appointment as well. Highly recommend this place and Jeb if you’re looking for a nice comfortable massage! Not to mention he is pretty flexible with his working hours compared to many other places! 10/10 Thanks Jeb!

Consistently-hands down the best massage I have ever had!!! My husband and I have been going to see Jeb for about a year or so. He’s excellent at listening to concerns and knowing how to address them. I deal with pretty severe neck pain, but I always leave feeling like a weight is lifted off my shoulders.

Jeb and Rick are hands down the best! I started going to them around 2018. I was able to use my employee benefits that covered my massage. Then COVID hit. Loosing the massage therapy, I definitely felt the difference. I have chronic pain and I suffered for a long time. My employee benefit was taken away but I didn’t are. I wasn’t going to them just because I could get a free massage. I wasn’t going to them because the work they do is beneficial and healing. The staff is very professional, polite, and awesome! So my husband and I get one every month. My chronic muscle pain has decreased significantly. Thank you for all you guys do!

I haven't had a really good massage in a long time and I'm really glad I chose South Hills Therapeutic. Based on previous reviews, I chose to have Jeb for my massage and I wasn't disappointed. Felt great. I'll be going back.

Recently moved to the area under a year ago and was well overdue for a massage to ease my migraines. After searching Google for quite some time, I found this lovely gem and decided to give it a try since the reviews were so great. I just got back from an hour long massage with Jeb. Not only does he do a thorough job tackling all the areas I needed help with; but the room is nice and open, his massage table is clean and heated, and he truly goes out of his way to make you comfortable. He made sure to let me know if the pressure wasn't to my liking OR if something felt pretty good, to let him know. But, I’d say he did an excellent job at figuring it out without much input from me. I’ll definitely be going back. I'm pretty sure that has been my #1 best massage!

Today was the first time I ever had a massage, I had know idea what to expect. Jeb is the one that did the massage and let me just say he was excellent, used the right amount of pressure and I had lots of knots. I feel so great. I recommend this place. Jeb thank you.

If you are on the fence about a massage, do yourself a favor and just book an appointment with Jeb! Pleasant, professional, made me feel completely comfortable... He is so knowledgeable about what he does. Not only did he work on my sciatica and lower back pain, but also targeted problem areas that I didn't even know I had. Walked out of there feeling 100% better.

I never had a professional massage in my life. But after being in so much pain for weeks on end my primary care dr recommended coming here. BEST RECOMMENDATIONS EVER!!!! I see Jeb. He does such an amazing job. He truly cares about his clients.

I have been seeing Rick for over 20 years, as needed, mainly to ease sports related pain. Now, as my pains are nearing, dare I say, old age pains, I still find myself coming for help. Two years ago a lower back pain fixed in 3 visits, and now, I am trusting tgat Rick will be able to fix this shoulder pain, which after 2 months can no longer tolerate. I am grateful to him and for the excellent service he provides.

Crys is a god send! I have seen her three times throughout my pregnancy. This week when I arrived I told her about my SPD/PGP pain. I had been searching for Bowen Therapists with no luck and my doctors recommended I get a wheelchair for the last 3 months of my pregnancy due to the pain. In a health system where I feel ignored Crys goes above and beyond. Crys was patient with me- REAL patient- and assessed all of my problem areas. She spent a full 1.5 hours doing assists with me to give me some relief. If I could pay her in gold I would! My 7/10 pain has reduced to a 2/10- I won't have to leave my job because of her! My husband also sees Crys and was not a fan of massage therapy for years until I convinced him to see her! Crys is so talented and goes the extra mile to make sure the massage is the most effective that it can be for you. She's loaned me three books on pregnancy and pelvic pain to help build my own knowledge. She responds promptly through calls and texts and is seriously the best thing that's ever happened to me (besides my husband of course!). Everyone deserves to have a massage therapist like Crys!
