Spavia is THE BEST massage parlor I’ve ever been to! I had an absolutely amazing experience there… Shout out to Jasmine, the therapist, for the amazing experience she provided me with throughout the entire time. Also, I wanted to give her another shout out for literally and simply just providing me with an ear to hear. She was gracious enough to hear me constantly talk about God the whole time so for that, I truly am grateful for the wonderful person she is! Definitely will be looking forward to another session in the future but I may have to keep my budget in mind but overall, once again, THE BEST massage experience I’ve ever had. Thank you to the team of Spavia at KoP. Keep up the amazing work guys!

Jennie was awesome. I like max pressure and she was great! Super nice too. And she actually focused on the areas I told her were bothering me most, and which I swear no one ever does. Place itself was very nice and relaxing. 100% recommend. I only had a massage so I can’t testify to the rest but would def go again and pick her in particular

I absolutely LOVE going here. Not only are the massages great, the entire experience is lovely and relaxing. Everyone is so welcoming and you really are able to feel anew after some time inside. I HIGHLY (!!!!) recommend going to see Jennie for a massage. She is the BEST! I go monthly and it’s money well spent!

Megan is MY FAVORITE! I used to book with Stu, but he retired and I was worried I'd wind up with someone...meh. You never know who you're going to get when you book online! I went with Megan over 6mo ago and I am SO happy I did. Sometimes when you go for a massage with the same person every time, you get the same massage every time because they kind of go through the motions. Not Megan. I do not need to tell her what is bothering me, she always seems to know just what my body needs, sometimes massaging each strand of muscle individually. Each massage is unique, addressing whatever is needed at that time. She's kind, attentive, and if she ever left Spavia, I'd follow her. She's that good. I'd love to gatekeep because I don't want her to get all booked out, but she deserves a shout out! ❤Dallas

I have visited and utilized Spavia on several occasions. My last visit consisted of an age defense facial. During and after the facial, I felt some slight irritation. A couple of days later, I noticed a pimple-like mark on the right side of my face near my chin. I have NEVER had a pimple on my face- my skin is smooth like butter. Initially, I did not panic because I read that treatments can bring about these types of issues. I was surprised to see this pimple grow and become painful as prior facials received at Topper's Spa, Total Serenity, Spa Toccara or Spa Immersions at the Borgata did not result in complications. I have NEVER had this problem before. I called Spavia and spoke with the front desk associate who informed me that the person who performed the facial would contact me the next day on her break at 12:00pm. I did not receive the call but instead receive an email telling me that since my facial took place a week before reporting this issue, I needed to seek assistance from a doctor and follow-up. I did not press the issue about the no call- I canceled my membership immediately. After canceling my membership, I received a call from the manager- Tree. She stated that she reached out to give me a human connection but denied reaching out after I canceled. I am VERY disappointed in Spavia's initial response (email not call) to my concern and I will NOT return. I have worked hard for my money and refuse to cater to an establishment that does not value me or show concern until I cancel my membership. Good bye and good riddance, Spavia!

I had never gotten a luxury massage or facial before it was absolutely amazing! Jennie did my massage and was super personable and did an amazing job. Maya did my facial and I had no idea what I was getting into since I never had one before but now I can’t wait to go back! I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone!

Jennie gave me an EXCELLENT massage with a great lymphatic drainage technique. She was just so bubbly and kind. It was my first time with her. I will definitely be back and asking for her. Spavia always has great experiences for me. I love it here.

I had booked a massage on my birthday with a masseuse I had never been with before back in Nov 2025. It was not a great experience. I shared it on a review, and the owner at this Spavia (Adrienne) contacted me to ask about the experience. I told her about it, and she graciously offered to give me a complimentary massage to redeem it. I had the massage today with Regina and it was wonderful. It was strong yet detailed. I am a first time mom and dealing with some of those postpartum issues like my mommy wrist pain (de Quervain's tenosynovitis), IYKYK. She was so careful with that part of my wrist and yet still was able to massage the other parts of my hand so carefully and firmly. I so appreciated her attention to detail and really felt like she understood the body, tendons, muscles, because of the concentration of her strokes. It was so healing for me, and I wanted to make sure I shared and would highly recommend Regina again. All that to say, I am grateful for Adrienne for being attentive to customer feedback and offering to redeem that one off experience to allow me to experience such a great one. (Shower light was also working nicely this time so again, just felt feedback was heeded and fixed.) If any family or friends just had a baby, I definitely recommend a massage to give mom/dad some time for themselves for rest and relaxation! So worth it!

I had a good experience the massage therapist was awesome!! Ask for Megan she is great! The first receptionist who greeted me was very pleasant. She's talk with longer hair, she was awesome. The other receptionist with the glasses, just didn't seem too pleasant towards me, not sure if having a bad day, but everyone else was great!!

Great experience! First time massage and this will be hard to beat! Was in town to visit a friend and decided to get a massage… ended up with a great experience to start our trip! Warm neck towels Plush robes Water or tea Music of my choice Great massage, very relaxing wish I lived closer!
