I had an amazing experience at Springs Eternal Spa with Cassidy last week. One week after my facial, my skin is still glowing and truly looks and feels the best that it has in months. I took Cassidy’s after care/skin care recommendations into consideration, and I’m so glad that I did. My experience was truly the most relaxing hour that I could have ask for, and I couldn’t recommend booking an appointment enough!

The spa at the Omni Bedford Springs Resort was relaxing beyond belief during a cold fall week. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. One day I got a lovely massage, and then the next I got a day pass to use the baths and relaxation lounge. Any spa treatment also provides you with access to the baths and lounge. There are beautiful showers in the separate men’s & women’s baths. The spring water made my skin feel great.

The spa was beautiful! I loved the relaxation area with teas, hydration flavored drops, fresh fruit and trail mix to enjoy. The showers, steam room, hot bath and cool bath were fabulous! My massage was very very light but relaxing and I was able to nap during the service. I loved the healing waters and would definitely return!

One of the best massages I’ve had! This place was very clean, old/historic (one of the first indoor pools in America), but well maintained. I got the Dr. Anderson’s deep tissue massage. The staff was very kind and helpful here. My masseuse was knowledgeable and even offered some stretching tips for me based on what he noticed in the massage. This is my second Omni Spa experience. I’ve also been to one in Scottsdale, AZ. Compared to Arizona, this one seemed much smaller and more crowded. I guess with how old the property is it kind of makes sense. I noticed the crowding most in the whisper room. The uncomfortable waiting game for a full length lounge chair was not relaxing, they also have it set up so you can’t get two next to each other which is also frustrating if you’ve come with a partner. Everyone waited for the spot in front of the fire place to open up. This musical chair waiting game took away from my relaxation. What they lacked in space they made up for with small snacks and a nice selection of hot and cold teas. I also really enjoyed the full body scrub in the deluge showers. Overall a great experience, I would come back, but would like to see some logistics and updates made to the whisper room area.

Absolutely terrible experience. I called and left a message on February 13th for someone to simply call me back and give me pricing on couples massage. Nobody ever called back so last week I called again and this time no-one at all even answered the phone, so I called back and spoke with the operator. She said she doesn't know why there wasn't anyone answering so so reached out directly to the manager. She came back and said the manager is in a meeting but if you leave a message they will call you back. NO THANKS. I just had a couples massage at the Waldorf Astoria in DC and it was amazing but this time I'll spend my money at Nemacolin. At least they answer the phone

Jonathan is hands down, the best massage therapist I’ve ever experienced. Be sure to ask for him! So many small touches that did not go unnoticed.. like a massage bed that sits up and reclines with different positions, heated neck wrap, warm towels under shoulders, hot towels, etc. Top notch experience. All staff were kind and accommodating. I will definitely be back.

I love this spa! It never disappoints!.Johnathan does an amazing job for therapeutic massage (he actually listens to you concerning areas that need extra attention..I have alot of lower back issues and he did several stretches to help my lower back)All the staff are very nice and courteous..I look forward to my next visit!

We always look forward to our time at Bedford Springs. Special thanks to Toni for all the local insight and to Lauren for the absolute best massage. Springs Eternal is an experience so make sure you plan to spend time in the baths and enjoying the relaxation room. This is the place to unplug, unwind, and just breathe.

Beautiful and relaxing. I love the bath ritual. Brandon is an excellent massage therapist, I highly recommend the hot stone massage (Dr Anderson Muscle Massage). Yes, it’s pricey, but it’s worth it. Go pamper yourself

Beautiful Spa. Check in wasn’t as smooth as should have been. We came early and our scheduled bath time was still cut short because changing rooms weren’t scheduled properly. Also hot tea & cucumber water signs in waiting areas but was never actually offered this by an employee. Highlight was massage with Brandon. One of the best massages I’ve ever had, he was very intuitive and gave perfect pressure.
