This massage shop is consistently excellent. The environment is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff are very friendly and professional, with great massage skills that really helped relieve my neck and back pain. The shop has a new setting and new therapists, and the overall experience was wonderful. The massage techniques were detailed and effective, leaving me feeling completely relaxed. Highly recommended!

What a horrible massage! I was in pain post the massage and not sore but in pain from the massage! Horrible! Plus she charged me more than the price listed. It used to be good at one point in time but not anymore!

I called ahead to ask if they had an opening for a 60 minute massage and they confirmed that they did and to come on over. As soon as I got there, they walk me to a back room and let me know they can only do 30 minutes because I didn't make an appointment. Had I known that they would only do 30 minutes I would not have wasted my drive to come here and would have gone to my usual location for a full 60 minute massage. After resigning to the fact that I could only get 30 minutes, they asked for $40 payment up front. I thought that was a little odd to ask for payment up front and this is the first time I've ever had to do that. I'm not sure if I even got my full 30 minute massage as no timer was used and going through the time stamp of text messages after the massage I think they may have only done 25 minutes. I asked them to break a $20 so that I could leave a $10 tip. The lady said why not just tip her the full $20? I told her had this been a 60 minute massage it would've been. The quality of the massage was good, not great, but I won't be coming back just because of my experience. These places are a dime a dozen and I'll just go to my usual spot in Plymouth Meeting or find another local place. They also need to update the interior as it was very dimly lit inside.

They charge a five dollar fee to book but don’t tell you that the massage is really $65 if you use a credit card or their website to book. The woman didn’t speak any English and the place looked very shady from the outside windows were all covered in paper.

I had a great experience here. My husband and I had been walking all day so we called for a massage appointment. We both asked our masseuses to focus the massage on our feet and legs, and they both did as requested. My husband likes a lot of pressure when getting a massage. He said his masseuse did a great job applying firm pressure throughout the entire massage. I like the masseuse to use less pressure and longer strokes to work my knots out. They followed the request and worked on my knots, making the area much better without hurting me. Every staff member we met was courteous and provided great service. #LetsGuide Tip: It is a small shoppe; we only saw two employees our last visit. At one point one masseuse had to pause my massage to go answer the phone but was sure to properly excuse himself to do so and made it a point to stop the timer to ensure the interruption didn't take any time away from my massage. Overall, it was a great experience, a place I would recommend, and a place my husband and I will be revisiting in the near future.

Damp musty smell, with the added cigarette smoke smell was not a good start. Mediocre at best massage, I didn't need the oil on my face either... upon leaving and paying by credit card, the masseuse wanted cash for the tip and $20 was expected.. which is 33.33% based on $60 fee. I gave what I thought was an appropriate 18% tip for the below average job and it wasn't appreciated.. c'est la vie! This was my first and last time at this place, I recommend that you skip your first time here..

Hate this freaking new management. The guy who owns this told me that I have to give minimum$15 tip if I want to do massage with girl, I was like what? How come you can ask for the tip it depend on us that how we like it. And then he said Indian people, I was how dare you to say something like this, this is call discrimination. I used to go regularly to this place when it was owned by another person and I used to love it but this is ridiculous. And I just left from there telling the owner that this is not how you treat the customers. I will never ever go to this place again.

It was not a good massage. Maybe worth $30 for the hour. I then went to tip to be nice, even though the job that wasn't worth a tip. Then were being pushy and saying I needed to tip $20. I would not recommend, or go back.

Took money for one hour and did massage for 30min and asking tip more than what they deserve(50$). Massage is not up to mark, can’t say better or best it’s not even average. Not recommended.
