Just finished a session with Raquel, whom I have been seeing since getting a referral several years ago . I had not been there for a while so it took a lot of work to release the tightness in my legs and feet.. Raquel is a master at massage, and gets deeper into the muscle than I can with self massage or roller balls. Definitely recommend for deep tissue therapeutic massage..

If you read the other reviews here online this should come as no surprise. Received a gift certificate for a massage from my son and daughter-in-law and booked an appointment online for myself and my wife. The number was not on the gift certificate, but the only way to book the appts was by providing a credit card number. When I arrived I explained the situation and presented the GS. I was told that the issue would be resolved. We then received an email explaining that a refund wasn't possible and Raquel refused to credit the $350 back to our card. She instead wanted to offer two additional massages at no cost in lieu of the refund which we did not want, because to be honest, the experience wasn't worth what we paid. Including having to wait in the parking lot for my appointment (because they keep the door locked until it's your time). They are even too cheap to provide their employees with a paid service for music during the massage, so employees are forced to use their own solution (which for us was a delightful combination of music and radio ads - very relaxing). I felt sorry for the masseuse, however, I now know that webuyanycar.com is the fastest way to get cash if you are selling your car. I can only guess that her extreme reluctance to issue a refund is a symptom of financial difficulty, certainly not the inability to process the refund. I would not recommend buying any gift certificate or commit to any long term or recurring services with them. Feels like you will end up in the same situation as myself and the other reviewers. Very unethical. If you are looking for a massage or similar services Glow Skin Boutique Spa is right down the road - great people, great services, better prices and a legitimate, upstanding business that understands basic customer service.

I normally do not write reviews that much but this massage prompted me to. I've been to many massage places in MA, NY and this is probably the best massage I've ever had. Charles is so meticulous and knowledgeable and knows which parts of your body need more work. This is the most thorough and enjoyable massage I ever had. Highly recommend!

I have had many full body massages in my life but none like the one I got from Raquel at Zen Village and Wellness. I'm not sure what she does but my body felt more alive and amazing afterwards. My balance was restored and my body was renewed like never before. I plan to return for another experience.

I bought a Groupon deal for a 60-minute massage with Raquel. I had no issues with booking. I was the first appointment of the day, so she arrived to open the office when I got there and was very friendly. I've gotten many massages, and this was one of the best. I like deep tissue massages, and Raquel was always checking in with me to see what I needed and preferred during the massage. She offered insight into issues with muscle tightness and tension that I have as a result of bad marathon training habits that caused a knee injury. I've never had a massage therapist who could not only key into these issues but give me constructive feedback and suggestions to help work on these areas. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to have a nice massage and actually work on healing trouble areas.

My husband and I booked the Couples Massage Class with Raquel and it was AWESOME! Not only is she amazing at massage therapy, she’s fun, relaxed and totally present. She guided us through our massages and made it easy to take the techniques back home. We can not recommend her enough. Thank you Raquel!

A very well run Spa. My wife and I enjoyed the courteous responses of Raquel who helped with setting up our online account and appointments as well as the professional spa/massage experience from Charles. Charles, being a Would definitely recommend to anyone to get their massages - A true Zen Experience. They also have parking available if you do not get street parking on Bridge Street.

Raquel is the best. Did a great job of fixing some things post shoulder surgery. I am 3 months out from bilateral tkr. Raquel just gave me the most incredible massage. From my knees down to my feet it has been numb since the surgery. At the end of the incredible massage she rubbed cbd oil on my knees and feet. By the time i walked out the door my feet were feeling normal again and a lot of the numbness was gone from my knees. Thank you Raquel for the wonderful massage today. You are the best.

Had possibly the best massage of my life from Charles and he also gave me some tips to prevent future pain so I could continue in my fitness journey. I unfortunately left with his tip still in my pocket and when I called the next day to see how I could get this to Charles, Raquel was extremely helpful and responsive. I will definitely be back.
