This place always is so friendly and welcoming! I love how clean the space is and how very careful they are with their tool cleanliness. I have never had any problems with anything after having my nails or toes done here. They are so gracious and thoughtful with helping me determine what it is I actually want even though I don't always know the correct terms to ask for what I want. Every employee is as amazing as the others.

I have been so happy with my manicure! I had never been here before but booked an appointment based off their reviews. I went with a gel manicure and it’s been a week so far. This is the first gel manicure I’ve had that hasn’t started peeling. The salon itself was clean, the girls were all so nice, and the thing i loved the most was that it didn’t smell of acetone when you walk in like most salons. Love this place and will definitely be going back!

The manicurist did a great job, so I will most likely be back when I'm in the area. However, I wasn't greeted when I came in, like I was supposed to know what to do (it was my first visit to one of their salons). The staff would visit when engaged, but otherwise didn't make conversation, which I found a little uncomfortable. Probably a generational thing, as the staff and other patrons were much younger than my generation. Everyone was pretty somber, like they didn't enjoy what they were doing. Visiting a nail salon is as much about the experience as the service performed, so making it enjoyable for the customer will bring them back. I loved the online appointment system.

Morgan was great & friendly! This was my first time ever having a Pedicure done. Only thing I was bummed about was the way I was told to wash my hands and sit, I had no idea where to start so I had to scan the room and ask repeatedly if that was were or what I was supposed to be doing, plus it was hard to hear what was being asked of me. Other then that, I enjoyed my appointment!

My wife had been going here for several years now. The staff is always very polite and friendly. Whenever I'm there with my wife waiting, they let me sit wherever, out of the way, of course, and even offer me something to drink. Sydney is who my wife sees, and she has always been great. She listens to what my wife wants and also adds in some creative flare from time to time.

I wish they had standard pedicure chairs so my legs and feet aren't on some stranger's lap. I like the massage chairs nail places have. I also had asked for regular polish and was given the "one step up" polish, she told me it would come off with acetone and it would not come off. I ended up having to get it professionally taken off after 3 months with the polish that wouldn't budge. If someone asks for polish, please just do the polish only.

Ive been getting my nails done for 20yrs. All dif types and styles. Right now i just have my natural nails and i take good care of them with regualr mani pedis. I have never had a mani pedi take so long with nothing but a polish change accomplished! I had to make an apnt, which isnt my fave. I went in for a classic mani and gel pedi per the online scheduling i did. Last min change of tech due to someone not feeling well which is fine! Super nice gal, but zero experience! My friends 12yr old has done a competitive job! :) She never soaked my hands, and never got out a single tool! Not a cuticle was pushed back or clipped, not a buff out the ridges, not a rub of lotion, she did a little super basic file job on a couple of my nails tht i barely felt and polished my nails! Then idk wht i paid for for sure, but i got the same basic polish on my toes. Basic leather chair (no message or heat) soaked my feet in a basic lined basin (no jets or water flowing) didnt clip a single cuticle or toe nail!! I even said they need clipped to shorten for sure! She began to lightly file some length off, some super basic heel scrubbing, rubbed both feel down for bout 1min ea with some sugar scrub type gel and polished my toes. Same as my hands not a cuticle pushed back or clipped or anything like tht! No run the little tool under my nails to get my "toe jam" lol out, NOTHING along those lines at all!! Tht was a detailed description of my hour and a half. I wanted to support our local businesses and business owners, try something different but i paid the same i would elsewhere for none of the services or nail care i could get somewhere else! Cute spot, cute idea! But total waste of time and money. The services i got done today i could do myself at home in half the time and free, or go have done for about half the price anywhr else in town. I left paying around $100, i of coarse still tipped her because im not a jerk, lol, but i have some pretty polish surrounded by by 2 hang nails n over grown cuticles, some super jagged n sharp edges on both my hands and my feet, nail polish on the inside of my pointer finger, 2 big toe nails tht ill hav to shorten and still address my toe jam and sock fuzzies! Smh lol all stuff i hoped i was paying to have done today. It was a huge let down for sure. Ugh

Very disappointed, called to get dip powder nails. They said they did them and yet when I arrived they said that they have their own product they have developed, not a dip but a pour but they use gel for the French white pet. I have had bad experience with gel in the past- and prefer powder. Then she continued to tell me that powder was much more expensive and gel was less expensive and lasted longer, harder and lasted much longer. For some reason they just didn’t want to do they powder. I agreed to getting the gel French , the technician started the process and I had several nails that were shorter and asked if she could put tips on and she told me no that would take too long and they were too busy. So I continued in bc I was their with a friend who I had taken their for her birthday . During my manicure another tech came over and switched out bc the first tech had another appt. the second tech got about half way thru the process and then switched out again bc her next customer was there. Then they told me the tech I had been booked with had gone home sick. So I had 3 different techs for my one set of get nails. Very unprofessional and I hid my annoyance bc I wanted my visit with my friend to be fun and the techs were pleasant but obviously overbooked. The gel nails ended up being more expensive than what they told me the powder was. I paid and got the heck out of there. And later in the process the tech told me the gel was guaranteed for 7 days. Powder usually gives me 4 weeks. I truly think they just steered me into gel bc it’s less work than powder and a faster process. Then I was asked if I wanted lotion and massage, took a total of about 2 min to put lotion on my hands and massage. Won’t go back and def won’t recommend.
