Kaylie is absolutely extraordinary at what she does!! I've been to a handful of massage therapists over the years, and I can't recommend her enough. My first session with her was truly a dream. She took the time to talk to me about my problem areas, and even during the massage, softly talked through everything she was doing. It was a truly mindful experience. Her approach is tender yet effective, and caters specifically to what you need. She also sets the tone in her studio with great music (not the typical waterfall sounds), calming aromas, and an overall inviting atmosphere. If you're in Spearfish or in the Black Hills area, you need to check her out!!

I am so glad I found Kaylie to help me release my painfully-tight traps and neck with myofascial and cupping massage techniques. Her skills are excellent and her empathetic personality and energy is easy and calming. I highly recommend her services. Jessica is the most incredible intuitive guide. I learn and grow so much after every BodyTalk session. She has helped me identify trauma and trapped emotions that have been negatively impacting my health and wellness. We all have these demons…but we don’t have to have them dominate us and create illness.Go see Jessica if your body is signaling something is “off” with symptoms and your mind can’t get quiet. She can help!

Kaylie is an exceptional massage therapist. I have gone to many different places here in town and have found the best results with her. She is intuitive and asks questions to make sure she is focusing on what you specifically need. I had been struggling with severe back pain for close to a year and Kaylie was the only person I have found lasting results with.

I’ve had many massages and by far this was the best one, with Kaylie. She is in tune with what your body needs- even if you don’t. Kaylie added a service to my session that was new to me, while confidently explaining what it was and how it will benefit me. 11/10 experience!

I highly recommend scheduling here for any body talk/massage therapy needs. I've had multiple sessions with Kaylie and it seems like every time I'm learning more about my own body, like where I carry tension in places I didn't even realize. From start to finish im left with the mindset of "i didn't even know how much i needed that until I had it". I've had massages at a couple different places in my life, but here I feel like I'm getting a personalized experience based on what my body needs. 10 of 10 would recommend

I’ve been going to Jessica for Bodytalk for over a year now, about monthly..and to say the least it has changed my life. I suggest her expertise to really everyone I care about. She has opened up and healed/worked through endless things for me. She is truly a God send! I feel so relaxed and relieved every single time I walk out of her calming office! Our bodies are amazing, and she has the incredible expertise to translate what our body is trying to tell us. Bodytalk is a major tool in my toolbox, I dont ever see myself quitting! My 60 minute scheduled massage w/Jess turned into 90 minutes, at my request. First time I’ve ever had a massage that incorporated sensory and cerebral elements, as well as kinesiology. Excellent!
