I had my first massage today with Karmen and it was incredible! I felt instantly welcomed. She was able to use her extensive knowledge and skilled technique and tailored it to my needs and I left feeling 10x better! I've already booked my second appointment and can't wait.

Karmen is hands down the BEST!!!! she is detailed in her explanation, and how to care for your body not only on her table but at home. If you suffer from any kind of chronic pain, she’s definitely your lady consider yourself lucky to have her as your massage therapist.

Karmen has been a great help to me with my plantar fasciitis and other issues that it has caused with my body. Never thought I’d find any relief but doing myofascial release on me has been really helping! No other massage therapist has told me about it or recommended it, so I’m so thankful I found Karmen! She also does Chryotherapy! If you don’t know what it is ask Karmen! It blasts fat and I have had great results around my midsection! Karmen is very knowledgeable and great at what she does! I would give her 10 stars if I could!

This is my review of Karmen from the Massage and Wellness Connection. It is way over due and well earned. I have seen Karmen twice now. I am 60 years old and have suffered for years from scar tissue in, around, and under my shoulder blade from years and years of abuse from playing softball and tennis. Lots of rocks and scrap constantly causing pain as I not only used it but when I slept on it. I have had ultra sound done on the area in the past and it would help but the pain never ever when away completely just kind of got better but the minute I started using my shoulder hard again the pain came back- usually stronger than before. I had pretty much figured that I would live with it and continue my diet of Ibuprofen when it got really bad. I saw Karmen the first time and she not only worked on my shoulder but brought up some other areas that she noticed in her initial evaluation of me, that she said seemed not quit right. One being my lower back tightness ( I was told that I had a herniated disc and there was nothing that could be done), and the other being my constantly stiff neck. She said she felt a lot of restriction and was surprised that I did not say anything. I guess I kind of forgot about the little aches and pains because my shoulder hurt so much. But after two 1 1/2 hour secessions I am walking around playing tennis and pickleball and sleeping laying on my shoulder. I'm sleeping great and don't have the constant pain every time I move or jerk my shoulder or lift something. Im playing two hours of tennis a week not only pain free on the court but more importantly, pain free afterward. If this seems like something you are living with, I would say it is definitely worth giving Karmen a try.

I’ve had massages for years and they always fell short of really helping me with my neck and back pain. All that changed when I went to Karmen. She has helped me to finally be pain free!!! I’ve recommended her to friends many times and would highly recommended her to anyone looking for real results.

Karmen has been giving me fantastic results with a vexing problem that has defied other treatments. Like any great health provider, she is friendly and informs you as to what and why she is doing a particular thing. Works hard and knows her stuff. Professional. Highly recommended. I could not be more pleased with the results of her treatments and professional manner.. Karmen really cares.

Just got a deep tissue massage done for the first time by Karmen and I can say I’m definitely going back. Crazy how she worked out a lot of the pain I was having in my back and shoulders. I’ve been to quite a few chiropractors that haven’t been able to do anything near what she can get rid of. Definitely impressed thanks.
