The staff are always welcoming, professional and open to critiques! My nails always comes out great! One thing I appreciate is whenever I request any design, they say yes, and continue to check in to make sure you are getting the style you want! Another time when they were packed and my appointment kept getting pushed back, they gave me a discount and repeatedly apologized. Just great staff! I have no complaints! Thanks you NV Nails 💅🏾

I was pretty disappointed with my nails. The guy who originally did them was rushing and sloppy, and another lady had to take over and fix them. I ended up being there an extra hour just trying to get them to look decent, but I was still charged full price. The second lady definitely made the shape look better, but some nails are way thicker than others, there’s polish underneath some of them, and some nails just look cleaner than others. It’s only been a couple days and they already look grown out and like I need a fill. I will say the girl who did my pedicure was amazing though. She fixed and cleaned up an ingrown nail for me and did a really good job. I just wish the nail part of my appointment went the same way because it was frustrating being switched between techs and spending so much time there. The color is cute and I wanted to love them, but overall I expected better for the price. I’ll attach a photo for reference

I was visiting from WA state and needed a full set and pedi before a special event. Nothing like last minute! They were able to accommodate me quickly. The nail artist I had was extraordinary, as was my pedicure technician. They took extreme care to avoid the sensitive spots and check in with me frequently for feedback. The work on my hands and feet were excellent! When I pass through in the future, I will absolutely visit NV Nails again! I am so very happy with the outcome of my full acrylic set my pedicure. There was also plenty of parking which was a plus.

been coming to NV Nails since last summer 2025 and no regrets! Ive lived here in Rapid for 8 years now and late to finding this spot. the hand and foot massages are so good and also quality work on nails. it is quiet ans relaxing place, every one is so nice and efficient. beautiful place to have self care time. i also had the most amazing acrylic work last halloween, i had so many compliments.

I’ve been coming here for years and am never disappointed!! Tommy did my nails for the first couple years and now Lyn has been doing them for the last 6 months or so, she’s hands down the best I’ve had do my nails! I can bring her any inspiration photo and she hand draws everything so so good well!!! Definitely go see Lyn or Tommy!

I really like this salon Im here every month or so with my wife for pedicures. Both retired. The owner is good guy and treats employees well. I have pedicures done here they are very accommodating. Recommend, it is clean been going here year or so

I have lived in South Dakota for 3 years and have tried many places. They have all been good, BUT NV NAILS has impressed me so much. Everyone is so nice, it's a beautiful atmosphere and my nails turn out amazing! I think I found my forever nail place! Thank you!

Paid $110 for a mani pedi. The polish on my nails is peeling off less than a week later. I don’t know if they just didn’t prep my nails correctly or if they are trying to get me to pay more to get them fixed. Not going back.

This was my first time trying NV Nails, and I will definitely come back!! This is the best quality and most beautiful nail set I’ve ever gotten!! Trinity was very sweet and amazing, she did a great job!!

This is the BEST pedicure in Rapid City , and my mom agrees. We were both so happy to have found this place after many less than stellar pedicures on her previous trips fo visit. The staff are kind and helpful, the chairs are comfortable and the pedicures were thorough, very clean/aseptic and relaxing. I will be coming here regularly and mom just said we will have to come here next time she visits- an endorsement not given to previously visited pedicure establishments in this area.
