What an incredible session! My back, hip and shoulders had gotten to the point of almost constant pain, but since my appointment with Alex they have felt the best they have in years. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and effective. I can’t give enough stars in this review, and I have been telling everyone at work or at the gym about peak performance. If you are in pain and feeling a bit hopeless about it like I was then please do yourself a favor and book an appointment right after reading this. Thanks Alex I’ll be booking again soon!

I went to Alex because I pulled a muscle and my neck was in so much pain I could barely sleep. After one massage, my pain had wend down by 90% and I slept like a baby. She is incredibly skilled and professional!!

Alex is a life changer! My shoulder was injured a few years back, and after exhausting all my options (Joint Specialists, Cortisone Injections, Physicals Therapists). My last option was surgery until Alex took me on. After a few sessions my shoulder was 100% again. Absolutely Amazing!
