Tara is so incredibly knowledgeable!!! She often knows more about what is going on with me than I do! I love the expansion of services Tara has added!! The recovery room, sauna and cold plunge are exceptional! The euphoric feeling after is so incredible, especially when stress and cortisol are so intertwined with our days. My sleep quality is exceptionally better after a recovery session and the muscle aches, drastically subside. There is also a great value in being able to have a significant other or a friend join you. It’s a great opportunity to also slow down and be present. I typically go with a 90 minute massage because I usually have done enough to my body to need it. It is truly an incredible experience. From the moment I walk into the treatment room, I feel a sense of calm and relaxation. Tara has an exceptional ability to make you feel at ease. The massage itself was nothing short of amazing. Tara has a deep understanding of various massage techniques, adjusting the pressure and focus areas to suit my needs perfectly. Tara is able to intuitively find almost every knot and tension point in my body, providing relief and relaxation with every stroke. She asks if I am having any new issues. I’m not even aware of some of them until she has worked the knots and tightened muscles. I used to struggle with horribly tight shoulder neck muscles that would leave to tingling in my fingers. I am so grateful to report it has been about a year since my last issue. I am also impressed by Tara’s professionalism and attention to detail. The room was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, creating a serene ambiance that enhanced the overall experience. Tara also listens attentively to any change in preferences and any specific issues I have, ensuring that the massage is tailored to my requirements. In addition to their technical skills, Tara has a genuine passion for healing through massage. Her caring and compassionate nature shines through, making the entire session not just therapeutic but also deeply comforting. I always leave the studio feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and grateful for the exceptional massage experience. I highly recommend Tara to anyone in search of a truly incredible massage therapist. Tara is very experienced and VERY good at her job. The effects of her massage are still lasting even over a week later! That is unbelievable. I am so glad I made the choice to go to Rushmore Athletic while I was in Rapid City. It is WELL worth it!

I have been going to Tara for my massage for several months. I work a job that requires me to stand all day and use my upper body all day! Tara keeps me going, literally, she targets my neck and shoulders so I can continue doing my job without pain and discomfort!
