I had the most incredible head spa experience with Ashley at her new Colorado location, and I could not recommend the experience, products, or service enough! Every detail about the space feels thoughtful and intentional—the colors, the smells, and even the super soft towels. The experience itself was so relaxing, and I could literally feel tension melting away. The products Ashley uses smell amazing and left my hair and scalp feeling nourished, smooth, hydrated, and just overall refreshed. I can’t wait to go back and see Ashley again!

Ashley is the BEST! I’ve been to many other waxing establishments and nobody does near as good a job, it’s basically painless immediately after an appointment. I didn’t know that was POSSIBLE! Plus she’s so fun to be anround, & amazing with scheduling. If you need waxing done GO HERE!! I’ve been seeing Ashley for a year now and I won’t go anywhere else 🩷🩷🩷

Ashley does an amazing job creating a beautiful relaxing space. The Japanese head spa is a beautiful relaxing experience and when you go in to get your head spa, you can pick whether you want to chat or no chat! :) She always does a beautiful job, on my eyebrows, giving them the perfect shape. Everytime I go in I have the best time and come out feeling wonderful & beautiful!! Thank you ! Thank you ! Ashley ❤️

Great experience with Ashley receiving a head spa treatment! Beautiful, cozy space for a relaxing treatment unlike anything I’ve received before. My scalp was left clean & free of irritation, soft hair, & glowing skin! Followed with much appreciated cute blow out style. Loved it!

Love Sage Beauty & Wellness! I had the Japanese Head Spa, not once, but twice! I had to go back for another one! Ashley and Ilse are both amazing! So friendly and professional! I also love the have Rowe Casa products there! Highly recommend!

Had a Japanese Head Spa experience here. It was fantastic. Great customer service, friendly staff, and very relaxing environment. My favorite touch was the board to mark Chat or Chill. I enjoy that since I don't always love to chat during services after a busy week. Highly recommend a service here. I already booked my next one before leaving this last appointment.

I had the most amazing experience at Sage Beauty & Wellness in Spearfish! The head spa was pure relaxation—so calming, rejuvenating, and exactly what I didn’t know I needed. Every detail felt thoughtful and luxurious from start to finish. I also had my eyebrows waxed and tinted, and they turned out perfect. The shape and color were spot-on, and everything was done with such care and perfection! The space is beautiful, welcoming, and peaceful, and the staff truly make you feel taken care of. If you’re looking for a place to relax, refresh, and leave feeling your absolute best, Sage is it. I can’t wait to go back! ✨

My daughter and I did the Japanese head spa with Ashley, it was literally one of the most relaxing and AMAZING spa experiences ever! Ashley is so kind, easy to talk to, and talented. Love that she uses natural products and really cares about her clients. Highly recommend!!

If you’re ever in South Dakota wondering where to get your life together for a few hours, this is the spot! I booked the Japanese Head Spa treatment — a couple hundred dollars, which sounds like a lot until you realize bad hair and a stressed-out scalp probably cost you more in therapy long term. The treatment was an hour of actual peace and my hair somehow remembered it was supposed to look alive. I considered getting a lash lift, but some my lashes are a bit damaged, so that’s for another day. Ashley’s prices are shockingly fair! If you’ve ever Googled similar services, you’ll know that Ashley charges what things should cost, not what people with Instagram ads think they should cost. The spa was so clean, cute and aesthetic! Even the bathroom was a whole vibe ✨ Ashley also sells Rowe Casa products. Never heard of them before, but after getting a quick crash course on ingredients that don’t require a chemistry degree to understand, and that I can actually pronounce, I left with a few things. Plus, I’m easily influenced when products are clean and someone is nice to me. OH AND ALSO! Also, there’s a mini flower shop inside. Turns out her mom, Carrie, is a florist, and the flowers actually looked like something you’d want to buy (not the half-dead gas station bouquet situation). Both Ashley and Carrie were super nice, normal, and pretty — which, let’s be honest, helps when you’re paying someone to help you look and feel better. this place is a 10/10 - would recommend. I’ll be back! P.S. Lindsay was rude enough to make it into this review. (Relax, she’s not from Sage Wellness and Beauty, she’s from the restaurant down the street.) 2/5 stars: one star for clocking in, and another purely because the restaurant had incredible dairy-free horchata and the best chips and guac I’ve ever eaten — despite Lindsay, who also thought it would be cute to have the cook torch my carnitas tacos. Sage Wellness and Beauty had nothing to do with her, thankfully, they actually know how to treat people.

I have been dreaming of getting a Japanese Head Spa Treatment here forever and I can say it is 100% worth it. What a relaxing treat, Ashley was so kind and professional. Don’t hesitate to book!
