Came in this afternoon for products and the great employees took great care of us. I had my rambunctious 7 year old with me and they were great. Helped me find exactly what I needed.

My mom and I love getting the glue on nails here! Wonderful selection and friendly and welcoming staff! We always use this place for beauty products. Highly recommend!

Went in there to look at the lash glue and got called a thief on my way out because I didn't purchase anything. I hope that lady looks at her cameras because that was rude and unprofessional. I really liked Sally's but probably won't ever be shopping there again.

Just left all my stuff on the counter and left. Was asked after an entire 15 min I was in there If I needed help. All they were doing was stocking shelves and asking other customers if they needed assistance. I was going to buy 50$ worth of product and maybe more if they actually helped me. It's a strange feeling not being acknowledged in a establishment. The Sally's back home in Texas would have never made me feel like these women did to me today. Any fellow womem I would just recommend ordering beauty products on amazon as they are cheaper and you won't get the strange unwelcome treatment I experienced today!!

P.S.A - They are not professionals, and should not be giving advice. As a correction specialist, this is very dangerous and I have seen many chemical burns, reactions, etc. Take my advice with love & care. It is illegal to be presenting yourself as a beauty professional without a license. Things have also changed so much with products and concentration. Hair is not the same it as it used to be 20 years ago. That is not a valid excuse to be giving advice. Also, based on the 'recommendations' I have received to test them once in a while... My hair would be on the floor!! They also cant prove they used to be a professional. This profession requires continuous education on techniques and products. I guess you truly get what you pay for. I might stop here for last minute supplies that are materials, such as extension tape(which sucks), beads (which suck), or a brush. I would never ever take advice from them. I would never buy products for my hair or face here. It controversial to some but its pretty plain and simple. If you truly care about your hair and don't want to spend 3x as much to fix it, I wouldn't do it. If you care about your hair, I wouldnt use these products. If you care about your hair, I wouldnt take advice from unlicensed professional, or nonactive professionals. If you care about your hair, don't damage it to the point of no return by mixing chemicals that don't mix, or applying products just because a girl on YouTube told you to. Not everyone's hair is the same... Again.. this is an educational insight. Do what you will with this information.

Jessica is absolutely the best...so very helpful & nice & the minute you walk in this clean, organized store, someone is asking if you need assistance!! Great variety of products, as well!! Be sure to check it out! I wanted to add another great review for Employee Lisa...so knowledgeable & helpful..went out of her way to assist & gave me great ideas!!
