I am so thankful I found Tristen at Sweet Serenity Massage in Rapid City, SD! She is absolutely amazing, professional, and so easy to talk to. I have booked 30-minute intraoral massage sessions with her and have felt relief after each session. This type of massage can be especially helpful for TMJ tension, jaw tightness, and even issues like lockjaw. I’m so thankful to have someone local who offers this specialized work, as this is something I personally seek out separately. Tristen creates such an inviting and welcoming environment, and she makes the whole experience feel comfortable from start to finish. Booking online is simple, her personality is awesome, and she also offers many other modalities, including deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal massage, stretching, infrared sauna, heated bamboo, gua sha, and focused sessions for specific needs. I have been looking for a good massage therapist in the Black Hills for the last 5 years. I typically go for deep tissue and all the other therapists I've seen don't seem to know or aren't trained in deep tissue. Tristen is extremely professional and does an amazing job. Highly recommend if you are looking for a deep tissue massage!

I can't say enough good things about Tristen, my go-to massage therapist for over a year. She is truly an award-winning professional in her field. I've managed pain, stress, and injury recovery with massage traveling on 3 continents now, and Tristan is world class! I appreciate her thorough check-in and professionalism to keep up with charting patient notes between visits. Her personal vibe and touch is kind and cheerful, and her treatment space is a clean and thoughtfully managed space. She keeps up with her skills in competitive and professional continuing education events around the country and is capable of the pressure deep-tissue, sports massage calls for if you appreciate a strong touch. In a larger urban center, I've enjoyed a therapist with a substantial VIP client base, at twice the rate. And Tristan is at least every bit as good and, I think, actually a better experience!

Tristen did a wonderful job with my massage. Very knowledgeable, relaxing, and extremely thorough! I will definitely be going back again. She listened to my needs and my body and knew exactly how to melt the tension, knots and stress. I haven't felt this good after a massage in ages. Hands down, she is one of the best in the area.

Tristen is a fantastic Massage Therapist. I actually followed her from her last location to this private practice. She has helped me get so much relief from every day ailments. I have asked for deep tissue work and she gets after it where its needed but also has a gentle relaxing touch in the areas that do not have knots or tension. If you’re pregnant, look no further! Tristen gives the BEST pregnancy message I’ve ever had! She positions you face down using pregnancy specific pillows (so much better than side lying in my opinion). I feel like a lot of therapists are delicate with pregnant women, but not Tristen, in the best way! She really targeted my trouble spots and worked me over. At 39 weeks, 5 days I started having contractions about 8 minutes apart and Tristen encouraged me to come in for a reflexology appointment. Its hard to say if it was the massage or inevitable, but regardless I had my baby that night. Seriously, give her a call. I LOVED it. My only regret is not going to see her sooner.

Tristen is a very good LMT. Worth the $$ and im so happy I met her. She also uses Bamboo sticks for my favorite type of massage. Bamboo therapy. Once you've tried it you'll be hooked. Give Tristen at Sweet Serenity Massage a try.
