The service was great and people were very friendly. I did have to wait a little while, but after my vehicle got in the shop it was done quick and everything was done as professional professionals. I would recommend a shop anybody that comes to South Dakota or locals. I’m originally from Florida and this these people are way friendlier and they wanna do everything in their power to help you and to get you back on the road, I’m giving a five star.

I have been going to Tires plus for years. I do all my own work on my vehicles except tires. They always have, or will get the tires I want. Firestones on my truck, suredrive touring on my Hyundai. Lowest price in town, and with my tires plus credit card further discounts! I always wait until there’s a good sale and take advantage of it! 0% interest on the card if paid in full in 6 months 😎 Erin has worked that front desk for years and has always been pleasant with me. 10am appointment, I was on time and outta there by noon. Other times in the past I have dropped off night before and picked up next day depending on my schedule. Importantly they get the job done. Because of my own mechanical experience I know I can say no to the upsells and recommendations without hesitation, and they don’t push it. I’ve been here several times over the last 10 years, never had a single issue. Thank you!

Ridiculously POOR service! Carried in a tire to have it replaced and told it would be two hours …. 1st poor experience. 2nd - Tire they sold us wasn’t in stock and they didn’t communicate that to use until a requested a refund to go elsewhere. 3rd - workers all stood around talking like they didn’t have a care in the world and that my time didn’t matter to them. So, overall, I had a poor experience and felt I needed to share.

I needed oil change but ended up needing brakes, brake pads and rotors for both front and rear they charged me $1,700 and I had to come back a couple days later because they had to fix an error. Then fast forward while going 80mph on the I-90 my brake lose something completely breaks off. Take it to a shop to find out Tires Plus installed the wrong size and type for my vehicle so it was bound to happen eventually. I’m thankful I wasn’t seriously injured in a car accident. Would not recommend.

Had an absolute pleasure working with the staff, specifically Erin today. Called at 8:30am on a Saturday with a nail in the sidewall of one of my tires. An hour later, Erin had given me solutions for different tires, including being upfront giving suggestions for other shops if I wanted my specific tire(s) I was already using (Tires Plus didn’t carry mine). Ultimately, I went with a new set and they saved me the three good tires. It’s 2:30pm - still Saturday - and I’m already back on the road. Tremendous service all around! Couldn’t be happier.

Stopped in this morning with my Ferrari F430 Spider on a long road trip from Canada as I needed an air hose to vacuum bleed the cooling system and these guys are true gems. They were more than happy to help and are salt-of-the-earth people. If you need any kind of auto service in Rapid City, THESE are the only guys you’ll want to talk to. I can’t express my gratitude and appreciation enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Receptionist not personable(not rude,just not a happy person to like her job enough to be there I guess to deal with customers) and unknowledgeble enough about tires or tpms....basically there to just do her job and get paid for what she was trained on. The reciept you must start an acct on line to AFTER you create an account with an email address. If you get an alignment done, you cannot confirm your appointment till you actually show up for it.(which I guess I can understand to avoid A holes that DON'T SHOW). Once you have your alignment done, it DOES NOT TELL YOU what IF ANY adjustments were done, so you just ASSume it actually got done after it gets paid for.($116.99, plus shop fees, taxes etc). Didn't realize alignments went up from $60 so drastically, but I guess its too late now!🤣🤣🤣 Just so OTHER FUTURE CUSTOMERS KNOW ...NOT ALL TPMS's run $82 a piece if your dash ONLY has the low tire pressure light on, and NOT the actual tire pressure reading and what location its on your car!!! When I tried to explain that to receptionist, she looked at me weird and ask which tire needed the new $82 stem at!🤣🤣Pictured are THE OTHER type stems YOUR CAR COULD need if its JUST the low pressure light on!🤣🤣🤣 Sadly I WILL NOT be returning here(I'm sure receptionist will be glad to hear) as the alignment SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT took over 3 hrs to do, at a price I don't even know if it got done, till I see if my tires wear funny!🙄🙄🙄

Picked up a screw or somwthing and am from out of state. They were able to get me in and took the screw out and patched the tire within an hour. They were very nice and professional. 10 out of 10. Appreciate you.

Erin was the best! She recommended what we should all see and the best restaurants to hit up since we are visiting from Wisconsin. Spend much of our waiting time chatting with her.
